3 bedrm cottage on Coleman Pond in Lincolnville has been recently renovated to provide comfort and a beautiful view of the lake. There is a wharf, a swim float and a rowboat.
There are 3 bedrooms, two are furnished with 2 twin beds; the other has a queen bed. The living/dining room is spacious and looks out at the lake, as does the deck outside the sliding doors in the kitchen. The full kitchen includes dishes, cookware, full stove and microwave.. Bathroom has a shower. There is a washer & dryer. Sheets, blankets, and towels are provided. Water is drinkable well water.
Cottage is non-smoking.

Year Purchased: 2011
About the owner: We live locally in Belfast. We purchased the cottage because we will soon be moving out of our big old house on the ocean in Belfast into a smaller home away from the shore. Eventually, the cottage will be our water-side get-away, a place where we and our grandchildren will enjoy playing together. But we don't need to use it until we leave the ocean; so until then, we are making it available to others.
Why the Owner Chose Lincolnville:
The moment we saw this cottage, we knew it was what we had been looking for. We love the feeling of privacy, the beauty of the lake, all the trees around us. The lake is clean, has no public access, and boats are limited to motors that are 10hp or under.
Yet, it's not in the wilderness. It's a short drive to lots of cultural and recreational activities that will be fun for us and for our family.
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage:
I can't imagine a more relaxing place to be than sitting and looking out at the lake from the living room, the deck or the wharf.
