  As soon we arrived, I was blown away. The view from both balconies is spectacular and the house is beautiful. It was more than I was expecting. The accommodations are great for a big group. I could have not asked for a better place to stay. The villa made our vacation and we would definitely go back.

  We were a family of 12 and this villa was perfect for our stay. It consists of 1 master bedroom with on suite bathroom, 4 bedrooms sharing one full bathroom with a shower and another half bathroom; moreover, there was an open space that had 2 large beds. All bedrooms do have complete view of the ocean which is spectacular. There are two terraces that overlooks the ocean, one on each floor; both terraces wrap the front side of the home overlooking the ocean. To be honest, I would pay the rates only for this view. The home has a washing machine, dryer, living room with a cable plasma TV, complete kitchen, towels. The only missing item is an iron, but luckily we had our own. The home had two main big dinning rooms one in the terrace where we had our breakfast and enjoyed the view and the other was inside the home which acccommodated all members. The home was very clean and seemed brand new. This villa is steps away from the beach, approx 10 min to Santa monica and 15-20 min to beverlyhills/hollywood. The villa maintains two private garages, and the streets has many other spots. The villa is in a very quite and safe neighborhood. The reality of the home is better than the posted home pics which is something that astonished all everyone. Go for it, its worth it... Last but not least, I would like to thank Angelica for all her advice and efforts during our stay....she was outstanding and we all owe her. Finally, will surely come back again... Cheers, Z

  I was really impressed by this wonderful big house. The first thing that came to my mind was how amazing this is. The view was phenomenal. The ocean sits right in front of you. I slept in a very comfortable king size bed and as I woke up I saw the sunrise over the ocean.It was magical. At first I couldn´t even decide in which bedroom I wanted to sleep.You could see the ocean from every room in this house. The neighborhood looked very very nice as well. The furniture is well selected. A big table, comfortable beds, leather couches, chairs on the balconies.The bathrooms and the kitchen were really clean. Everything is nicely decorated. There is nothing more I could have wished for. The owner was so nice. She is an extremely lovely person who welcomed us right away. You can get to the villa easily and fast. It is centrally located as well so that the center of LA is not far away and you can do a lot of trips. Overall it was absolutely wonderful and I would come back any day.

  This is a great place for family or large group gatherings. We had lots of room and very large bedrooms. I would recommend this place to anyone with a large group. Everything was convenient including, beaches, grocery stores, entertainment, and great shopping. All you need for a great and relaxing vacation.

The view was like a post card, unbelievable and breath taking. . We had a family gathering there with my brother, my mother, my immediate family and some friends, there were 12 of us in all. The accommodations were perfect The Villa was very tastefully decorated. Everything was very well thought out and the owner was very concerned that we had everything we needed. It is a great location with convenient access to beaches, great restaurants, and shopping in every direction. The house is very spacious with a very large gathering area and all the bedrooms were large with great views in each room, some with balconies and some with windows. There was plenty of room for anything you wanted to do. There is a 2 car garage for you vehicle. There were beach chairs provided. There was also plenty of setting on both balconies. It was wonderful having coffee each morning on the balcony while the sun came up and a glass on wine there as the sun went down. This is a great place for family gatherings. We had a great time and would definately would rent again. Can't wait til next year!!

  We are a large family of 14 and just spent our 4 week vacation at this Malibu villa. It was fabulous! The villa was huge, we all had very comfortable beds to sleep in and plenty of room to spread out. The furniture was top quality and fulfilled every need. The dining table seated 14, there was plenty of expensive china and glasses. Flat screen TV's, leather sofas, top of the line everything. The best part was the view, though. We've never seen such beautiful ocean views anywhere in the world and that from every room! And at such a reasonable price. Staying in a hotel would have cost us three times as much. The other vacation rentals we looked at were four times the price of this one. I guess this is so reasonable, because they are new. We got lucky! The owner made the booking and payment easy, was very friendly and helpful and had great ideas for sightseeing. There was plenty to do for every age group. The kids loved going to the beach, which was just a very short and safe walk away. It was beautiful, sandy and generally empty. Another hit with the kids was Disneyland and Magic Mountain Theme Park. The teenagers got into surfing and enjoyed all the shopping in Malibu and Santa Monica, loved Rodeo Drive, Hollywood, Universal Studios. Us older folks appreciated the world class museums like the Getty Villa, which is just 3 houses away from this vacation rental! The home had a well equipped kitchen, but we preferred eating out at the many great restaurants near by. There was good golfing, deep sea fishing and we even went parasailing along the coast. We went to the LA Opera, which was truly world class. We also hit the famous jazz clubs in Hollywood and the Cirque du Soleil. This home was located in the middle of everything and we could have easily kept busy sightseeing another 4 weeks or more. That was the only problem with this vacation rental: it was so very hard to leave there. We would have liked to move in and stay for good. So we've already booked our stay for next year. Thank you for having us again, we can't wait to get back!
