Luxury awaits you at 'The Three Son's' Golf Villa at the prestigious Mauna Lani Resort. Our three-bedroom, three-bath home offers everything you need for a relaxing and entertaining visit to the Big Island of Hawaii.
We are very proud of the condition of this home as it is Furnished with fine detail, yet inviting comfort, your stay will be no less than fabulous. Barbeque a fresh island fish and dine outside on your private deck right on the 4th fairway of the Mauna Lani South Golf Course surrounded by striking dried lava and overlooking the beautiful volcanic mountains of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa. Make sure you play a round of golf on the picturesque Mauna Lani South Golf Course with its many ocean front holes including the 15th, one of the most photographed holes in golf. If you prefer to be waited on, try the many restaurants available at the Mauna Lani Resort Hotel, the Fairmont Orchid, or the Mauna Lani Shops, located just down the road within the Mauna Lani Resort community.
The home also features a full washer and dryer, and a bonus den with PlayStation2 (bring extra games, although there are a few there already) for the kids and kids at heart. Three state of the art TV's with DVD and surround sound for your viewing enjoyment is also available. High Speed wireless Internet access is included in addition to a printer/scanner/copier/fax machine.
The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay.
The second floor media center also has a sleeper sofa for two additional guests, we prefer to limit the normal occupancy to be 6 people with the sleeper sofa for children.
Outside on the lanai you have seating for 6 at the dining table, along with two chaise lounges, and a hammock that will rock you to sleep with gentle trade winds.
You are allowed access to the private beach club for the Mauna Lani Resort owners during your stay. It is located at the end of our street. Make a left heading towards the ocean and away from the golf course entrance, following the road until you come to the beach club gate located on the right side of a roundabout. You will need to bring towels for your party. There are beach rentals, lounge chairs, and a restaurant right there. Ancient vernal pools are to the right of the beach club and provide for a short interest walk; at the end of the walk is a fresh water pool. The black sand beach can be accessed through the private gated community on the left just before your reach the private beach club.
You also have a private concierge that will meet and greet you, insuring that your residence is ready for your arrival. He is available for any questions, or challenges while you are in residence, and lives in the Golf Villas as well.
We also suggest you call and confirm all information rather than just relying on emails. Our Manager would be most happy to hear from you.
Our cleaning fee is $225.00 plus the GET. Please consider that the guest that just left paid for the house to be in the condition that you find it in, and you will be paying to have it returned to that condition.

There are a couple of new Zip-line activities available within 35-60 minutes driving time from your residence. Other than the windy times, this was another great week in Paradise! Staying here at the Golf Villas made for a very relaxing second half of our vacation - much better than the crowds in Maui. This home was well furnished with everything you could ask for - we especially enjoyed the hammock on the back lanai! Also, I can't say enough about the GREAT service we received from Bennett throughout our visit. We meet Bennett 5 years ago when we stayed at the Villages and were surprised and very pleased to find him looking after us again this time. He is a wealth of knowledge about everything on the Big Island and I was extremely grateful he knew where to find me a chiropractor when I really needed one. We will be back!!! Mahalo

Rental Rules CHECK-IN TIME is AFTER 4 P.M. HST AND CHECKOUT is 11A.M. HST. NO Early Check-in or late checkout, without approval by On Island Representative. This is a NON SMOKING unit. You may smoke outside on the lanai but it would be appreciated if the doors are closed thereby not allowing the smoke to come into the residence. If the unit above complains about the smoking you must adhere to their wishes and not smoke. PETS - PETS are not permitted in rental units under any conditions. Damages: • If any damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear, you will be expected to reimburse the costs to repair or replace any item above the cost of the Property Damage Policy. • All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in the Trash Bins located around the Golf Villas , and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. • All keys are left be given to your concierge upon check out, as well as the Beach Club Card. Should this be lost there will be a $150 replacement cost to you. • Any linens which are lost or damaged will be charged for at replacement cost. • NO early check-in or late checkout, unless approved by on site manager. • Do not remove any items from the house or take any dishes to the pool area, please purchase plastic disposable glasses, dishes or utensils should you want to utilize the facilities of the pool area. PAYMENT – An advance payment equal to at least $500 is required upon booking of the residence, additional payments are per the schedule in our email. The advance payments will be applied toward the rent. Please make payments personal checks payable to Bennett Hawaii Vacation Rentals, LLC. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due ninety (30) days prior to your arrival date. CANCELLATIONS –Cancellations that are made more than sixty (90) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of $100.00. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to eight (6) persons. An additional charge or $50.00 per person per night for guests in addition to eight (6) will be assessed. MINIMUM STAY – This property requires a Five (5) night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, it is available at an additional rate. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the units, but we provide extra beach towels for your use. Beach Towels will also be provided on the Beach at the Mauna Kea. RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. PARKING – Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. HURRICANE, TSUNAMI, OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless: • The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or • A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. • The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund: o Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; o Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and o Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period. TRAVEL INSURANCE – We highly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance. If you wish to purchase travel insurance, go to www.InsureMyTrip.com for details and to purchase. You have also purchased a $3000 damage deposit, should any accident occur that exceeds that amount you will be held liable for the excess damages. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
