Due to the economic crunch we are all feeling we have decided not to raise our rates for the 3rd year in a row. In fact we are taking $200 off the summer rate of $2,300 for bookings made before the end of Feb. 2011. There are many lovely homes in our communtiy but none as well appointed with the same proximity to the pool and beach. This is NOT a bare bones rental property. It is our summer home which we make available when possible.
A HUGE covered porch with comfy upholstered wicker furniture will greet you as you enter this one-of-a-kind new home in Seacrest Beach. The gigantic great room with over-stuffed furniture and a large TV/DVD surround sound system, high speen internet,gorgeous hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, extensive library, beautiful seperate dining room and a gourmet state-of-the-art kitchen will take your breath away.
The spectacular kitchen was designed with the cook in mind and although it is large it was designed to put everything at your fingertips. We have tried to think of everything you might need....and then some.
This home was professionally designed to be a showcase for people who expect the very best and will accept nothing less. No expense was spared on this home which won FIRST PLACE in the prestigious PARADE OF HOMES, and has now been put on the rental market. Over $100,000 was spent on the decorating alone!
The fabulous master suite is on the FIRST FLOOR,and includes a an EXTREMELY comfortable king sized bed with a sitting area with overstuffed beautiful chairs, TV/VCR, a walk-in closet and its own private screened-in porch which looks out over a beautiful natural green space. The master bath is a dream.
Double doors open into a spacious "spa type" bathroom with two vanities and a make-up area as well as a deep soaking tub and an oversized glass enclosed shower (designed for couples who like to shower together and conserve water) This master suite is a joy for anyone but is especially appreciated by those who may be physically challenged in some way. There is also a lovely 1/2 bath on the first floor.
The second floor boasts two large bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with seperate vanities and a shared tub/shower. One bedroom has a queen-bed and the other (decorated in a darling surfer motif) which the kids will love, has two double-beds. The kids will also adore the playful loft/tower room bedroom, which includes a very comfortable futon, books,games,TV/VCR and wrap around deck.
This amazing home is a dream come true and located in the beautiful family-oriented community of Seacrest Beach North,which is bordered by Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach and only minutes from Seaside, Watercolors,and Camp Creek. It is within view of the spectacular 12,000 square foot pool ( about a 30 sec. walk) and a short walk (four or five minutes) or complimentary shuttle ride to the beach. Just pick up the phone and a terrific gulf cart shuttle will take you and your toys directly to and from the Gulf.
For those of you who have not been to Seacrest before you need to be aware that some of the properties are quite a distance from the pool and beach access. We are just steps from the pool....far enough that the noise does not disturb little nappers but close enough to run home for that forgotten item as often as necessary.
You will not believe the attention to detail in this home. This is not a " bare bones" rental property. It is equipped to take care of your every need. Whether it is service for twenty in case you decide to host a big party or providing plastic wine glasses that could be taken to the beach for a special sunset celebration...you will find it there. To make your stay a little easier we have also have provided an UMBRELLA, BEACH CHAIRS, TOWELS AND BEACH TOYS for your use. It is truly "A Class Act".

- Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations) : There are 3 steps up top the front porch but after that point the first floor of the home is very easy for someone in a wheelchair or walker to negotiate. There is a very large master bedroom and bath on the first floor and we are a very short walk to the pool.

Why the Owner Chose Seacrest Beach North
Seacrest Beach is a very family oriented community...It has one of the largest pools in all of Florida and is in a PERFECT location right on 30A...next to Rosemary Beach and very close to Grayton Beach, Seaside, and Watercolor just to mention a few. There are more outstanding restaurants along this strip than you could ever visit in a months stay. The beach is drop dead gorgeous and the fishing is fabulous. Our daughter lives in Atlanta and it is an easy drive for her..even for a long weekend. We have several airports to choose from if we do not want to make the drive from Ohio.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We are only a few steps from the pool and about a 4-5 min. walk to the spectacular beach. There is also a shuttle that will take you to and from the beach if you choose. The back of the house has a private green space which makes you feel that you have no neighbors at all. We have beach chairs, umbrella and towels for you use and will do whatever we can to make your stay outstanding in every way.
Once the largest pool in all of Florida...now perhaps the 3rd largest..the most beautiful pool I have ever seen. The kids go nuts when they see it for the first time!!
Sister town to Seaside FL. Premier destination vacation at 2 to 3x the cost of Seacrest. Aneasy walk from our home.
Village square...concerts etc...a darling community and wellworth the 7 mile drive to get there. Bring your beach towels and spend the day.

My name is Lyn and my husband and I purchased this gorgeous home a few years ago with the hope of retiring there. It won first place in the Parade of Homes and is the most comfortable home I have ever lived in. We also have a home in Key Largo and another in Door County Wisconsin which we rent from time to time. The homes are not "bare bones" rental properties as we spend a lot of time there ourselves and have need of the "creature comforts" that make a difference between "making do" and doing it right. Although we may never meet..our goal is for every guest to have a fabulous stay and want to return time after time. We will do whatever it takes to make your stay one you will never forget.
