Located on the west shore of Lake Tahoe, this newly renovated 1940's cabin is the perfect getaway for a couple or small family.

During summer months, the wraparound deck and lovely garden is the perfect setting for afternoon and evening get together. It is situated near a 20 mile bike path stretching from Squaw Valley to Tahoma, making this an terrific spot for biking, running and hiking. It is walking distance from the Sunnyside resort/restaurant and a private 2 1/2 acre private homeowner's beach including barbeques, 2 piers, beach, basketball court and horseshoe pits.
During the winter months, its close proximity to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Homewood, and Tahoe City Cross Country Center is ideal for all types of skiers (downhill skiing, skate/classic cross country).

About the owner: Born and raised in San Francisco, I have always enjoyed spending time in Tahoe, year round. I currently live in San Francisco and travel to Tahoe for my vacations.
Why the Owner Chose Tahoe Park: I have always dreamed of owning a cabin in the Lake Tahoe area. I wanted a cabin walking distance to the lake, with beach access, but close enough to Tahoe City and Squaw Valley for skiing. Tahoe Park is the perfect location.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin: The lot my cabin sits on is 1 1/2 times a typical lot in the area. I remodeled my cabin in 1999 and planted a garden the following year. It's a very special place, especially in the summer months.
