The Villa includes two spacious Master Suites each with Cal. King beds, private baths (one with jettedi tub, the other with a glass-block & tile walk-in shower), TV/DVD combo and a common lanai, plus a third guest bedroom with 2 Twin beds, an adjacent bath and great views of the pool, mountains & waterfalls. The living & dining areas, and custom kitchen have an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings for the cool tropical breezes and views from all the windows.
Prepare meals in the beautifully appointed full gourmet kitchen featuring granite counters and gorgeous matched-grain koa wood cabinets. A large fully equipped gas barbecue is close by at the pool., less than 30 seconds from our front door.
Since the owner stays here often, furnishings are all of the highest quality - not the usual "condo package" furniture you see in so many other rentals. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are inside the villa. The owner has installed High Speed Wireless Internet Access for your use.
Beach chairs and towels are all included and there is always a collection of mats, boogie boards, and beach toys for your use.

Having spent a few vacations on Kauai we fell in love with the island's beauty and serenity, especially the North Shore. Compared to the hustle and bustle of Mauai and Oahu and the dry, arid and windy Kona coast, North Shore Kauai is the place we love the most. And someday we will make Kauai our year around home, but in the meantime, our beautiful villa gives us this opportunity to spend some time each year here. So we offer our villa to you, our home away from home to make it your vacation home away from home too. We had a great time staying a the villa. The place was very clean, well maintained with Hawaiian touches. The location was very quiet right across from the pool and BBQ with the mountains and waterfalls in the background in front of the villa. Thanks for a memorable time! It will truly be remembered for a lifetime!

I have been meaning to send you an email to let you know how much we enjoyed your place. It was more than we had expected from the photos and the description. We were really impressed...Your location was also exceptional -- and so handy for us with the children. The fact that there were two master suites couldn't have been better for us with my mom along -- and the bedroom upstairs with the twin beds -- trust me, we were so at home and not falling all over each other. I am so pleased to have found this property and everything was in its place and ready as you had specified...Thank you again...and yes, we will most definitely be back and recommend you with ease to others
