SURROUNDED BY MILLION DOLLAR HOMES this beautifully renovated, two-bedroom, Keys cottage is CHARMING and an amazing value. The romantic master bedroom is beautifully appointed with a queen-size canopy bed, TV and DVD player. The guest bedroom offers 2 very comfortable twin beds, TV with DVD player with the added bonus of sliding doors out to it's own private screened-in porch. The large guest bedroom also has a new futon sofa for relaxing, or accommodating extra guests.
Both bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Extra sleeping space is available with the queen sized sleep sofa in the great room. The kitchen is very well appointed and professionally designed with the cook in mind, and everthing in it is brand new! The laundry room is just off the kitchen and equipped with a new washer and dryer.
Sliding doors off the great room open to a very comfortable screened-in porch with a fabulous view of one of the widest and most beautiful canals in Key Largo. Enjoy the waterview from the porch or enjoy it from the newly landscaped backyard where you can relax in your BRAND NEW TIKI HUT/OUTDOOR FAMILY ROOM while you grill out or fish off the patio area which is right next to the water.
Dock area is equipped with a fish cleaning station, water and electric, and an outdoor shower. If fishing is not your thing....it's just fun to sit there and watch the boats...the birds...the manatees...whatever happens to be passing by.
We have just finished work on the lower level so that our guests will have their own private storage room to stow gear, suitcases, fishing equipment etc. We have also equipped this room with beach chairs and umbrella and a basket full of toys for any little ones that might be in the group.
This romantic hideaway is ready and waiting for people who like to be ON THE WATER and just moments from the greatest fishing and diving in the world! Molasses Reef is only minutes from our front door!!John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park is only 2 miles away. Dive on many of the famed wrecks such as The Spiegel Grove, The Bentwood, and The Bibb and Duane.
The Key Largo Marine Sanctuary and the Christ of the Abyss are also popular sites for divers and snorkelers. Not to mention world class sunsets, art galleries, shopping etc. all in the most "laid back" vacation area on earth!! Situated on a beautiful, deep-water canal, the Atlantic Ocean is only a stone's throw on the other side of the road...or a 1 minute walk to watch the most beautiful sunrises in the world.
This quiet street ends in the beautiful homeowner's park with a private beach and and excellent boat ramp. You are also walking distance from the grocery store, dive shop, and Blockbuster Video as well as the marina and the new and beautifully equipped, aquatic center and park with tennis courts, running track, basketball courts, and much more. We were nuts...good nuts. We are totally "Keys" but only 45 minutes to Miami and civilization if you need a shopping or cultural fix.

Fabulous location...great quiet neighborhood...only 3 blocks from the best family park in the keys...walking distance to the Marina and many restaurants.
This is where all the local fishermen take their catch...tell Rick that Lyn sent you. There is no fresher fish anywhere.
This party boat is for hardcore fishermen. Can accommodate up to 49 but usually has about 15 to 20.

Hi...my name is Lyn and my husband and I fell in love with Key Largo on our first trip here. We were actually homeowners before the week was out! As a confirmed fishaholic I can tell you that this really is the sportfishing capital of the WORLD! I am hoping to get certified to scuba dive this month as the next bigges attraction here is diving. Our home sits only a mile or two (by water) from 4 or 5 of the best sites for diving and snorkeling.

We had a ball here this summer (2004) and have already made a reservation to return next year. This is a super home in a GREAT LOCATION and at a great price. Having our boat right in our own front yard was a real blessing. It was so easy to run back into the house when we forgot something!! This is such a quiet street I never worried about the kids playing or riding their bikes in the street. One of the very best aspects is that the homeowner's park is at the end of our street...makes everything SO easy. Thanks for sharing your home with us. We really loved it!
