'Gulf Dunes Unit 406' Enjoy watching the charter boats go by or the beautiful sunsets to the west off your 4th floor gulf front balcony. One bedroom unit with bunks, Sleeps 6 comfortably.
Open floor plan, tropical decor with bright white tile. Fully stocked kitchen with white cabinets and appliance and bar for extra seating. Dining area that sits 4 guests. Enjoy the beautiful gulf of Mexico while cooking your meals in if you choose. Living area with queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV/DVD player and balcony with gulf front view of the gulf. Master bedroom hosts a king size bed, flat screen TV, Bunk area in the hallway with two twin bunks. One in half bath with stackable washer and dryer between bath rooms.

Unit is located very close to the elevator so it offers easy access in and out.
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I also provide beach towels (6) . The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.

Resort has gulf side pool- Heated seasonally, tennis courts, work out room, grilling area with 8 grills and patio table for your afternoon cookouts, Walking distance to several restaurants, fishing pier and Gulfarium.
