My husband and I rented with the owner during the Summer of 2011 and cannot wait for our trip again this year. We heard of this rental through a friend who has stayed in this area before and just so happened to stumble across a diamond in the rough with Jack and his townhome! He was very responsive to our inquiry about renting as well as ensured we were able to receive photos of the property via email prior to our stay, as we made a decision on where to stay when visiting Ft Myers. Coming from DC, we knew nothing about the area here; it was sure refreshing to meet Jack who was able to share recommendations on restaurants to eat at and also little places to take the kids for a fun night in the city! Jack's townhome was very family-friendly and had plenty of space for our family to unwind and relax after we spent our days at the beach. The kids loved having their own room/bed!! We highly recommend staying at this property if you're looking to come to the Ft Myers area. It is a guaranteed fun time for your vacation and you will feel safe and secure in this wonderful community!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
