Living areas located on the main level: 4 kitchen counter stools, dining table for 6+, 1/2 bath, couch and full futon, woodstove, TV/DVD, sun room with full futon and CD/cassette player, sliding doors leading out to a large gated wrap-around deck with gas grill, and hot tub!
Lower level has full bath, laundry, and all 4 bedrooms. First room with Queen bed, TV, desk, and lofted cove with sleeping pad above the dresser; 2nd room with Queen bed plus same sleeping cove; 3rd room with Full bed; 4th room with Queen bed, 3/4 bath, TV, and door outside (additional sleeping pad in closet). Great destination for kids and relaxing strolls through the quiet neighborhood.
