Lovely living areas with new carpet in 2012. A large kitchen, generously provisioned with all kinds of gear and supplies for cooking/games/beach. It's all here. A newly remodeled ground level recreation area that includes a pretty new bedroom w/Twins and full bath, comfortable living room/TV room on ground floor w/ large game room. New large outdoor shower on back patio. Large back yard for fun & pets! Weekly rate varies from $1100 to $1400 plus security deposit. Mini weeks during off season are negotiable. Pets of responsible owners welcome to stay on ground level with an additional Pet Fee & deposit. Amenities may change. Flexible on pricing, depending on date & market factors. Welcome to the Beach!

The house is very comfortable and clean, nicely situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, about a mile from the beach and the Farmer's Market held on Sundays. The pool and tennis courts are about 4 blocks from the house.The downstairs is great for teenagers, with its own separate bedroom, full bathroom, air hockey and tv. Also, one of the few very nice properties where we could bring our dog. The owners are a pleasure to deal with!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet owners, families with young children.

This was an outstanding rental from beginning to end. Communicating with the owners has been pure pleasure, helpful and friendly. The home was as expected. . . clean, convenient, and located near enough amenities. I would most certainly recommend this property to others.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, families with young children.
