With a spectacular view of Collier Bay and located within walking distance to Tigertail Beach, our luxurious, three-bedroom, three-bath home has the added attraction of being located in a very private, very quiet, upscale neighborhood of million dollar homes. Our five-year-old home is Old Florida style with 14'high ceilings and spacious, open-concept, living areas. It is attractively furnished with all new furniture and decor, as well as a brand-new washing machine and dryer, and all new kitchen accessories. Our heated pool is completely private, shielded by lush foliage. We have three decks, assuring sun or shade at any time during the day.
Our master suite is fabulous. It is located on the third floor of our home, and has decks off either end, both with wonderful views. From the Collier Bay side, you can watch dolphin at play in the bay while you sip your morning coffee or relax with your evening cocktails at the intimate bistro table and chairs provided. There is a separate sitting area/TV in the master suite as well, so parents and/or grandparents can read or watch TV or simply enjoy private time, totally separated from the activities in the main living area. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and private custom designed bath area.
Downstairs, one bedroom has twin beds and a private bath, and the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV, and a third bathroom right off this room. The great room has plenty of seating in addition to a pull-out couch. A television, VCR, and DVD player are available for use, as well as numerous board games, books, and cards.
In addition to the dining room table, there is a patio table with six chairs right outside the great room on the screened deck, and another patio table/chairs located on the lanai next to the pool. Nearby, we have numerous pool and beach toys in addition to two adult and three children's bicycles for your use.
