The library, grocery stores (Ralph's and Fresh n Easy), parks and the golf course are a short walk from the condo. A mile and a half south of the property is the Smoketree Commons, more shops! Located just east of Sunrise Way and off of Camino Parocela (south of Ramon Road.), this lower-level Mesquite Country Club condo offers lots of privacy. It is an end unit in a gated community.
The unit is just steps away from one of the heated pools and spas. Covered parking is abundant right in front of the condo. The tennis courts offer both day and night time access and are just off the paths that surround the golf course where you can take a bike ride or enjoy a nice stroll while taking in the view of the San Jacinto Mountain Range.
The condo is tastefully appointed and accommodates 2 people comfortably. There is a breakfast bar in the fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom comes with a queen bed along with 2 chests of drawers and lots of closet space. There is a huge shower stall in the nicely updated bathroom. The unit has 2 outside patios, a Weber gas barbeque grill, and a full size washer and dryer. Of course, there is internet access!

Very charming and cozy apartment. Great location in a gated community. The owner could not have been more helpful.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

This property is centrally located in Palm Springs. There is plenty to do or none at all... It is all about choice. I love Palm Springs as it is a small town but it has everything a big Metropolitan City has to offer. It is a diverse community! I bought the property in 2004 during my the first visit to the Desert in 2004. I love it here...
