Welcome to our newly decorated Island Princess condo! This large unit is ideal location for your family vacation. Our spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is conveniently located on the first floor just steps from the pool and the beach. You can walk directly from our unit to the oceanfront pool and skip the elevators and the stairs. Our large fenced patio provides a great place for a poolside lunch and a enclosed place for little ones to play while you get your bag ready for a day at the beach.
We have 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths along with a kitchen well stocked for cooking. The unit has it's own washer and dryer and a reserved covered parking space just steps from our door. At 1600 square feet, this is one of the largest 3 bedroom units on the beach.
Our family friendly unit has a high chair, booster seats, a stroller that you may take to the beach, and a baby monitor so you can sit by the pool and listen for your little one as they nap. We also have rails for the twin beds if your toddlers need them.
We completely redecorated the unit over the past year complete with new carpet in each of the bedrooms in April, 2012. The living room, dining area, kitchen, baths and hallways all have great tile. Every bedroom has it's own television and private bath.
The Island Princess has a beachfront pool that is heatedly seasonally. There's also a hot tub on the pool deck. Beach service (an umbrella and 2 chairs) is provided free of charge from March 1 through October 31. We have 450ft of beach for the use of Island Princess guests -- our sugar white sand is the most beautiful you'll ever see. We even provide a cooler so you can take snacks to the beach.
There is an exercise room on the property as well as a grilling area complete with an arbor and picnic tables. Island Princess is well known for it's manicured grounds and well kept property.

My family and I loved this Condo and would definitely stay here again. The listing gives a 100% accurate description of the unit and the pictures are exactly what you see in person. The unit itself was very clean and so was the condominium complex. The pool was very well maintained and clean at all times. The owner was always a phone call/text/email away and would get back to us very promptly. She was incredibly easy to work with and very accommodating to our needs. You are just under a 1.5 mile walk up the beach to the Pier and several very good restaurants. A Publix grocery store is only a couple of miles away. You are close enough to drive over to Destin but far enough away to experience less crowds on the beach and in the restaurants. Being on the first floor was so nice with 3 young kids. We never had to climb a stair or get on an elevator. The patio is equipped with a toy/sand box which contains all the shovels and buckets your little ones could ever need. The Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, pots and pans, etc for all your cooking needs. We would definitely recommend this unit to a friend or family member. We cannot wait to go back! We plan to return to this unit any time we vacation in the Fort Walton area as there is no need to look elsewhere. You will not be disappointed.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

This condo was perfect! Access to beach and pool was just feet away. The patio even has it's own gate that enters the pool area. This was a life saver when it came to dealing with the kids in and out of the pool. The condo was comfortable and roomy 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made it perfect for our family.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

About the owner: My family and I discovered Okalossa Island in 2000 and felt it was the perfect place to vacation with our young children. We loved the quieter beaches and more laid back atmosphere. We bought a condo at Island Princess shortly after that and have loved the area more every year.
