Just bring golf clubs and toothbrush to our fully equipped and newly furnished townhouse. It is tastefully decorated in Southwest-style, reflecting pride of ownership, in a quiet desirable location near to shopping, post office and three pristine members only heated pools. Newly tiled bathroom has skylight and full tub and shower with grab bars.

Fully equipped kitchen has new tile and new counter tops. Kitchen area includes dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer and new smooth top Range. Dishes, cookware & small appliances are all new. Dining room, living room, and bedrooms are carpeted. New queen size plush bed and TV and VCR in master bedroom. Second bedroom has like new queen bed and computer desk. Living room has his & hers recliners, new sofa sleeper, 27" TV with DVD/VCR. All utilities paid. High speed internet included.

For a nominal fee, membership is included to Green Valley Recreation which has twelve nearby facilities. Minutes away from seven golf courses, theater, museums, and two shopping malls.

Relax or entertain on either front or rear patios. Front patio is partially shaded and has table,umbrella and 4 cushioned chairs and view of Santa Rita Mountains. Rear patio faces north and has table & chairs. BB-Q grill may be used on either patio. Only 20 miles to famous artist community of Tubac and 40 miles from colorful Mexico.

Restrictions are NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED. One renter must be 55 or older.

  • This two bedroom townhouse is indeed the ideal home away from home. It has everything you could possibly want. The only thing it doesn't come with is a fully stocked refrigerator. The beds are so comfortable you might just decide to sleep a day away. It has a wonderful courtyard where you can watch the many birds AZ has to offer. It is a peaceful environment with every amenity that you could think of having. It is evident that the owner knows what makes him happy when traveling so he has done everything to make sure his guests have the best stay possible without having to worry about anything. This is truly worth renting when you are in the Green Valley area.
