Check out our SPRING SPECIALS. WE HAVE A WASHER/ DRYER IN THE CONDO. Need secure Wifi, we have it. This view speaks for itself. All photos were taken from the condo's balcony or interior. Our condo is managed by a professional real estate agent. This 1 bedroom unit sleeps 6 comfortably. The condo features a queen in the bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa, and 2 bunk beds. Watch your kids play by one of our 3 pools as you relax on the balcony. We have 3 pools on the grounds and a hot tub that is warm year around. We even have a TV in the bathroom. The owners have an iPod doc, MP3, DVD, Blue Ray, AM/FM radio, CD payer, games for your kids and wonderful little extras. Just pack your bags and head down.
We hope you will consider staying in our condo. We offer Wifi, a full kitchen and much more. We really feel our view is amazing and the complex also has so much to offer.
The Maravila has a gym, business area with Wifi as well, and all pools have convenient restrooms located in the pool area. We also offer several areas on the grounds where you can BBQ anytime you like (these common areas are shared with other guests). Being on the West end of the Island gives you a feeling of a bit quieter stay. We do have construction but not the busy street life that some other complexes often deal with.
We are minutes away from many beach pocket parks, Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn. If you want to know more about our local attraction please contact our property manager. be sure to visit Jimmy's on the pier. The pier is within walking distance and serves all meals. If you forget your fishing pole they can easily rent you one. Enjoy any meal on the pier that is becoming a Galveston tradition.

Very nice visit at the Maravilla. The pools were wonderful, the complex was quiet, and the condo itself is something that any guest would love to stay in. Its nice to sit on the balcony and watch your older kiddos swim. Very close to Moody Gardens. We previously stayed in this unit before and it was nice to watch the summer fireworks at Moody gardens on Friday/ sat night from the front porch. The owners have excellent taste and everything you need.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We really enjoyed our stay in your condo! The patio was wonderful for coffee and/or wine time, away from our 3 little stinkers. The condo itself was inviting, clean and comfortable. It was pretty chilly for swimming but we took advantage of relaxing in the hot tub for a few minutes each evening. Being close to local attractions was also a huge bonus. We definitely would recommend your condo to others- Cheers!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

I stayed in the condo for three months. It was great; all newly updated, high quality products, spotless. The ads and pictures looked great, but the place was even better. The location of the unit was perfect; sat back from Seawall so it was quiet, but good views of the Gulf and a pond fun for birdwatching. Building was very clean and well maintained. Don't think about it; rent it!Owner response: Steve we loved having you in the condo and we were blessed that you choose us to rent from. We truly wish you the best since we know you have decided you love Galveston so much YOU STAYED. Good luck on all future endeavors and you and your friends are welcome anytime you may need a second place for company at a 10% discount which is offered to all our guests who come back.

The unit was immaculate. Very, very nicely designed, decorated and very clean. Fully stocked with cooking/dining utensils, and entertainment equipment. Plenty of towels and bedding. The 2 bunks built-ins are a great addition. We were very pleased. We would return without hesitation. Only complaints regard the fact that absolutely no staples we provided (sugar, salt, pepper, etc.), so make sure to bring those along with your groceries. We did purchase a pair of those McComick salt/pepper grinders and meant to leave them, but my wife accidentally packed them away as we were leaving. We did leave individually wrapped sugar packets and non-dairy creamer for subsequent guests or the owner. Additionally, the mosquitos were horendous. But property management had plans to mitigate that issue the day we checked out. I hope that worked out well. The realtor handling our reservation was a joy to work with. She stayed in communication to insure we were happy. Other than the very minor issues listed above, the stay exceeded our expectations.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

The actual condo unit was really nice with a recent beatifull full remodel. The common areas, such as pool and lobby etc. were average but that was ok with us because we spend most of our time on the beach. We did have one bad experience, our car, along with three others, had windows broken out and item stolen from each car. I am sure it was completely random but it did ruin our day. Overall great unit.Recommended for: Families with young children.
Owner response: We apologize that this occurred. Our guest was such a wonderful man and his feedback is appreciated and crucial. We do have security patrol the premises via the HOA regulations all night long. we also vigilantly check parking passes which is why they are required. Sadly this happened once in the 2 years I have managed and we regret it has happened even one single time. We do feel we have 3 of the best pools at most any resort in Galveston in my opinion as a Realtor/ property manager. Our common areas and pool are a bit under construction so we have provided all guests with a construction discount as we improve to be even better in the future.

We love the Maravilla and are excited to see the island turn into a place many visitors enjoy coming back to year after year. As the complex continues to improve with renovations we hope you will love our home away from home as much as we do.
Why the Owner Chose Maravilla:
The Maravilla is at the end of the Seawall offering a bit of seclusion from the busier parts of Galveston, yet we are moments away from your main attractions. We love the 3 pools, and the view our condo offers was the reason we decided this is a unit we plan to enjoy when we have the time. We are pleased to open it up to guests when we are not avaliable to stay at the resort.
We are so blessed to open our condo up to guests. We hope you enjoy 'Waves of Time' as much as we have.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Family complex that welcomes everyone. Owners and guests are always smiling when we visit. We love the fact that we are located so close to everything yet we have what we feel is our own peaceful condo a bit more secluded from the the main island traffic, yet it is on the Seawall. We love looking at the fireworks on a Friday/ Saturday during the summer night since we have a great view of Moody Gardens from our front porch. It is also very nice to be able to sit on the balcony and enjoy seeing our family and friends children in the pool since we can supervise the older children right from the patio.
The complex is also pet friendly. We do allow for approved pets. Our particular condo is a non-smoking environment as well.
