  My husband and I stayed here for our 25th anniversary.....the condo was beautiful and we didn't move our car the whole time we were there. We enjoyed staying so close to Pier Park. We will be staying here again in the near future.

  This condo was the perfect getaway for me and my children. Having the use of the owner's parking space was great. The condo was clean and in an ideal location riight over the pool. The owner couldn't have been nicer. We had a great time.

  My girlfriends and I loved this condo! It had everything we needed for a great vacation. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to even cook a nice dinner. The view from the balcony was fabulous. We especially loved getting to use the owner's private parking spot under the tower. We timed it and we could be on the beach, walk to the room and be in our car in 5 minutes! The owner was great to work with and suggested several places to have lunch and dinner. The pool in front of our condo was heated and was perfect for a late night swim. We will definitely be back next year!

  I loved the condo so much that I did not want to leave! It had everything we needed to make our vacation perfect. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Very clean and everything was really nice. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and having my morning coffee. It was so nice and convenient being on the second floor. I especially loved getting to use the owner's private parking spot in the garage below the condo. It was so cool getting to walk to Pier Park at night for dinner. We are already checking our schedules for our next trip back!

  My family has stayed at the calypso for 5 years now, THE CONDO WAS VERY CLEAN . The reservation was made with great care from the new owners. The location was great . The owners made a great deal for our 2 week stay started Aug 4th thru Aug 18th. The king bed was not comfortable it squeeked as we moved . The sinks garbage disposal didnt work ( as we found out the first night as we placed strawberries in and had to fish them out) the master bath tub was stopped up . We didnt call for repairs while we stayed because it was more of an inconvience. The living room furniture is a little worn and the pullout bed was in poor condition. The owners are new and i am sure they will make inprovements as they go along.

  Owner response: I was not notified of any maintenance issues until after the renter checked out after staying two weeks in my condo. I have a maintenance manager that is on call 24 hours a day. He lives 5 minutes from my condo. His number is posted in the condo and also in the check-in letter. He reports to the condo within 30 minutes of receiving a maintenance call or will come when it is convenient for the renter. All repairs have been made and were repaired in less than 30 minutes.

  The Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The parking was great and it was walking distance to the Pier and Pier Park. Elevators were pretty slow, but because the condo was on the 2nd floor, it made it very easy to access. The view was also really good. There was a great view of the pool, ocean and the pier. The only negative's we found had to do with the property. The tiki bar was closed on weekends and was only open until 7 PM through the week. The pool also closed at 10PM, so there was nothing to do on the property after 10 PM, which seemed too early for us. Otherwise, great place to stay!

  Amazing! A vacation is all about relaxing, and the conveniences this condo provided guarantees it! It all starts with how easy it was to access the owners parking garage under Calypso Towers & take the short elevator ride to the 2nd floor unit. Then the rest of the trip, there was no waiting in the long lines for the elevator since you can easily take the stairs one flight down to the beach or two flights down to the car. The view from the condo is beautiful....you can see the pool directly below and the beach a few steps beyond plus the pier! It was perfect to be able to sit on the spacious patio & watch the kids swimming in the pool! The location of the condo makes it an easy walk to the pier, to Pier Park, and to numerous restaurants (Shuckums Oyster Pub & Grill, The Back Porch, etc.). You practically do not even need to get back in your car except to go the the grocery store for snacks or to go to Buddy's Seafood on S. HWY 79 to pick up fresh steamed shrimp (oh, and the corn & potatoes). For this girl's trip, I went with a friend and her daughter (9) and her daughter's friend (11). Everyone had a fabulous time as there was so much for all of us to do! Looking forward to my next trip to this perfect get-away....another girl's trip scheduled for September! The owners were great to deal with & you can tell it is important to them for you to enjoy your stay in their condo. I would highly recommend this beautiful condo to anyone!
