# 20 F is the largest unit in the complex. 1,677 sq. ft. + 2 lanai areas: 1 adjacent to dining room + 1 off the MRB, for a total of 1,930 sq.ft. in this NEW 2 story townhouse villa.
This means plenty of room to relax and enjoy yourselves. 3 BR + 3 BAs means all guests have space and privacy.

Up Route # 19 {5 miles} Hapuna - mile 69 State Beach is renowned for its beauty & surf; also horseback riding, zip line, tropical rain forest, waterfalls, Volcanoes National Park are wonderful side trips.
We are 18 miles north of the Kona Airport; 25 miles north of Kona which also has more shopping {including a 'stock-up' Costco}, art studios, casual bars and restaurants, + open air markets for in-season produce.

This was a beautiful, large unit in wonderful condition. The furnishings and decor were lovely and very comfortable, especially the beds. The complex is wonderful with a definite resort feel. We enjoyed the pool, shaded cabana, restaurant (especially the delicious drinks at happy hour), and open air work out center. The ocean views from the club house/pool area are breath taking and each day we saw the whales. The location was excellent with shopping and restaurants nearby. Each day we explored the Big Island and enjoyed the opportunity to come back to our home away from home. The unit was wonderful with a well stocked kitchen, nice bathroom amenities and beautiful decor. It was so relaxing to sit on the lanais for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. It was a short walk to the clubhouse but definitely manageable. We did it several times a day and enjoyed the beautiful grounds and flowers along the way. Next time we would definitely plan on a two week stay...one week was just not enough.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

My husband & I stayed in this newly decorated condo; loved it. Spacious. Nicely appointed. Great kitchen with everything we needed to dine in. Brand new Weber Genesis grill, too. Luxurious linens. Well stocked activities closet with beach chairs, beach towels, bogies boards, books + more. Short walk to ocean side pool / whirlpool area. Short drive to expansive beaches. Weather is consistently enjoyable ~ 80 degrees each day; sunny and no rain. We look forward to our next stay at this pretty condo. Views are lovely. Lanai furniture comfortable. Overall - definitely a "10".Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We came as a big family 7 in all 3 adults ans 4 kids (13to10) there was plenty of room and every thing we needed. The property is very clean and well-maintained we had a great time the kids loved going to the pool and I loved the fabulous sun set from the pool area.I would strongly recommend the place.Hope to come back for the next Iron man in 2013 .Thanks again for letting us share your wonderful homeRecommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

About the owner: Talk about the 'wow factor'. My husband, Steve, and I have been coming to Hawaii for years. We have timeshares on Kaanapali Coast - Westin North Maui + Poipu Marriott Beach Resort on Kauai. Yet, the 'wow factor' hit us when we saw the beautiful Hali'i Kai property. We came to Waikoala Beach Resort in February 2012 to attend a destination wedding. We saw the 'Open House' signs at Hali'i Kai, visited and purchased our dream home on The Big Island. Beautiful Hawaiian Plantation construction; upgrades galore + we've put in crown molding throughout, framed the windows and added local art. Our little piece of paradise.
The oceanfront Hali'i Kai Ocean Club with its hot tub, sunset views and relaxing atmosphere convinced us this was 'THE place' for us.
