The weather didn't want to cooperate during our stay at the penthouse condo but everything else was wonderful! The condo was very clean and well stocked with comfortable beds and bedding. The views from the balcony were outstanding and we enjoyed walking the beach every morning as the sun was rising. The indoor lazy river and pool were great for the kids while we adults enjoyed the Jacuzzis! They have beach chairs and boogie/skim boards in the closet and everything you need in the kitchen! We left our two kites and a beach ball in the condo for future renters as we didn't have room for them in our packed car. We had a party of six and were very comfortable with room for all. Thanks for a great vacation!

The penthouse is clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen is well stocked. The view is priceless. The amenities are great. The keyless entry is so convenient. Brian is very helpful and truly wants you to enjoy your stay. We had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying the view. We have already recommended the place to some friends. Another perfect and successful vacation! We returned to the Penthouse again this year after having such a wonderful time last year! The condo is fantastic and just as promised!! Very clean and many extra personal touches throughout! It very comfortably slept all 8 of us! That includes 4 adults and 4 children! It's not so easy to find a 2 bedroom that has 2 beds in each room! This works out so perfectly for our stay! We love the Baywatch as well. The check-in instructions make everything seamless! There is so much to do here that you do not need to leave. We fully expect and plan to return again next year! It's everything and more! And knowing what we are walking into makes the whole process so much easier! Thank you Brian and Nadine for sharing your little slice of heaven with all of us!!

Great stay on the beach!

Our family had a great stay on the beach in this penthouse condo! The unit was very well maintained, and the owner was very helpful with tips on the area since we had not been there before. The location couldn't be better! We loved watching all the fireworks from the huge balcony, and our kids enjoyed the whirlpool tub as much as we did. The resort facilities are good; although the pools were not as clear as we would have liked. Although the resort is fairly large, the beach was not nearly as crowded as we had feared. We had no trouble finding a place to set up for our days on the beach despite being there during one of the busiest weeks of the year. I can sincerely recommend this rental!

Our annaul week at the beach on the fourth had to be cancelled this year and I am glad you and your family were able to see why we enjoy this week so much! I agree it is crowded but being able to sit on the secluded beach is very nice with all the craziness going on at the pool decks! My favorite part is just sitting on the Penthouse deck and watching all the fireworks going off all night on the 4th. Our little dog hates it but my kids want to be no where else. Thanks for staying and hope you stay again someday.

This condo was absolutely wonderful. It was exactly as described. The kitchen had everything that you could think of and the beds were very comfortable. We felt like we were at home. The resort itself was very nice and everyone very friendly and helpful. Loved not having to keep up with keys also. We will stay here again and would suggest this condo to all of our family and friends. Brian was wonderful and helpful to work with. Myrtle Beach 2012

This was our first time to Myrtle Beach and we had a great time! The view from our top floor balcony was a gift in itself. The condo was just as described in the ad, it was clean and the beds were very comfortable! I would recommend to family and friends it was a great place to stay. I also liked that we didn't have to carry a key around, just remember the code and we were all set.

Great for snowbirds

We were here for two months and as first time snowbirds, it was a pleasant surprise. The condo was very clean and it was wonderful finding a fully equipped kitchen when we decided at times to eat in instead of at one of the many restaurants nearby. The owners were quick in responding to my many questions as this was all new to us. I liked the keyless/cardless entry, too. Being oceanfront was just what my husband wanted and being able to walk on the beach each day (except for a few rainy days) was what we needed to rest and recharge. The view is amazing!

Owner response: I have to agree with the view as it was the main reason we bought the Penthouse! I try to make all the stays as easy on all my guests as possible and especially my snowbirds as I am getting close to being one soon myself. My only regret is each year I have to turn down some of my past snowbirds who want to book as the winter months fill up so fast for all the reasons you gave for liking the place. November at the Beach!

My first-ever month-long trip to the beach!! A comfortable bed was a must, along with cleanliness. I had stayed at this resort before (though not this unit) and knew I liked it. The description and reviews of this condo won me over. Everything was just as described; the beds in the master were wonderful, as was the keyless entry. The top floor view was great. Also, I found the cost to be very reasonable in comparison to similar units. I loved November at the beach; the weather couldn't have been better. The Alabama Theater's Christmas show was fantastic. Pirate's Voyage was good but one of those things you only want to do once. Thanks, Brian, for being easy to work with and for sharing your penthouse unit!

We just returned from a wonderful week's vacation at Brian and Nadine's condo and it was truly as advertised. The condo was neat and clean, centrally located, and provided a very relaxing vacation. Brian and Nadine are easy to work with and are very up front people. Have no worries when dealing with them...they provided all the info. up front and made sure we had everything we needed for a great time. I would not hesitate to rent from them again!

Everything was perfect. The condo is very well maintained and the view is Awesome. Staff was helpful. Beds are extremely comfortable!! Kitchen is well stocked. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. We would stay again but for even longer. Elevators were very quick. Beach rental staff was attentive. Great for family or couple. Unit was quiet at night. Very nice location.

Just wanted to take a few minutes and say what a blessed and wonderful week we had at The Baywatch! You will not be disappointed with this penthouse!! We loved the view and fully stocked kitchen! It felt like our home away from home! We stayed with another family and had 4 children ages 7 and under! It was a great week! Special thanks for the keypad entry!! LOVED that! The whole process was seamless and very easy! Thanks Brian for putting our worries at ease! And We really appreciated the check in instructions that were emailed! Very helpful and very much appreciated! We look forward to coming back next year!!

This is everything we were looking for in our vacation to Myrtal Beach this year. We have always stayed in Garden City and decided to change things this year. So I did my research and found this place. Very well kept, all the things you would need on the week of vacation, also had toys for the kids to play with and loved the enviroment. Going back again in June. Brian was so helpful and nice. We will be dealing with him on every vacation from her on out.

Great location with amazing beach views!

We stayed at Bay Watch for one week in June (with two teenagers!) and it was perfect! We had zero complications during our entire stay. The condo is comfortable, clean, and spacious. The views from the lanai were simply amazing both day and night. We would recommend this condo to families with kids, especially teenagers, who want to get away for a relaxing vacation on the beach. Some of the activities we recommend are parasailing, playing on the beach after dark, eating at local restaurants, walking the marshwalk in Murrell's Inlet, and riding the SkyWheel in Mrytle Beach. This was an awesome vacation spot and we look forward to visiting again!

The condo was perfect. Pictures and description are very acurate. The condo is very well maintained. Having the washing machine and dryer right in unit is perfect. We didn't eat out alot and the full kitchen was great. The Bay Watch property grounds are very well maintained and clean. Great view of the beach and perfect beach location. Many activites at Bay Watch, pools, lazy rizers (both in doors and outdoors). Away from the hub bub of Myrtle Beach, but located in North Myrtle Beach and easy to get to all locations and attractions in Myrtle Beach. The owners Brian and Nadine are great to work with. Would definetly rent this unti again for our vacations.

Recently, my family (myself, husband, and our children ages 6 & 4) stayed at this beautiful Penthouse Condo. The condo is beautiful and was a perfect size for our family. Gorgeous views! Brian was very accomodating and easy to work with. We don't normally stay in NMB but needed an indoor pool due to coming at the end of April. Baywatch has plenty of pools to choose from! The grounds were always clean and staff friendly, especially the Bellman! We came off-season and the cost was very family-friendly for such a spacious and well-kept oceanfront condo!! We really enjoyed our stay!!!

This is a very nice clean condo with a fantastic view. It exceeded my expectations. the front desk was very helpful, and we never had to wait long for an elevator. This Penthouse will put you in within an easy drive to all the best places in Myrtle Beach. I would gladly stay again.

Great ocean front condo!

We spent a wonderful month of February at Brian's very nice penthouse condo. The view was spectacular and even in February we had mornings we could have coffee on the balcony. The condo is very well equipped with most everything on hand that you might forget. The facility is very clean and the staff very friendly, always a "hello" when you walk in the front door. Brian was very easy to deal with, sending all info in plenty of time and answering any questions promptly. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to do it again. Thanks, Brian

LITTLE TASTE OF HEAVEN

Dear Brian and Nadine Staying at your home for a month was not enough and here are the reasons. The view of the sunrise each morning, riding the air with the birds, swimming with the dolpins most mornings all true. Each night I laid in that cozy bed and listen to the sea as I drifted off to sleep even when it snowed. Even with it being January with a little snow the winds were always to the back side of the condo and the balcony was full of sun. Nadine a special thanks for a real kitchen that is well stocked with the right pots and pans since I love to cook. I even got the name off your mattress so I could replace mind at home. The check in clerks to the bellman were always friendly and there to answer any questions. Thank you taking my suggestions for 2 little improvements with a positive attitude. To all those reading I stay for months at locations in an out of Tenn.,Co.,NC & SC and I would come back here. Tonia Shaw North Carolina ,

My family travel to myrtle beach in September 2010 we had a great time. As this was our first trip to the area we were very pleased with the accomadations The condo was everything Brian said and then more. We have been vacationing in florida for the past 20 years. Now my family is ready to return to Myrtle Beach. We all agreed that Brian is one of the most!!!!!!! thoughtful owners that we have dealt with and we would like to return. The guys went deep sea fishing with Captain Danny Juel and apparently it was Fabulous. 2 thumbs up too condo and Myrtle Beach.

We had a wonderful time at N.Myrtle Beach and in the Penthouse at Baywatch Resort ! There was ample room for us and our 2 boys, it was also very very clean, which is important to me. The view is magnificent from the balcony, I enjoyed my morning coffee out there everyday that we were there. The people in the resort were very friendly and helpful also. We just adopted 3 children and were looking for a place to start making memories. We found just what we were looking for with Brian and his wonderful home away from home at Baywatch. The pictures don't do it justice! The children had a wonderful time and we were already planning next years vacation before we had even finished this one. Brian was wonderful to communicate all the necessary information with us and the keyless information made going to the beach WONDERFUL! I almost hate to recommend our families find-so that we could keep it for ourselves but it was too nice to not share with everyone!

My wife and I, our 3 ½ year old daughter and my in-laws stayed here for seven days. All of us had a great time. My little-one could not get enough of the beach, the waves, the shells, the lazy river and the pool. As for the condo, it was better than advertised and as good as you can get; it was clean and well equipped with lots of extras. If you want to cook your meals, the kitchen has everything you need. The condo also has free wireless internet and has some boogie boards and kids toys to use at the beach. Also, the balcony is awesome. You can tell the owner takes great care of his place. A must see is the Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede Dinner and Show. It was fun for everyone. Also, we enjoyed several of the local restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay; two days before the end of our trip we were already planning our next trip there. Thanks for the great time and we will see soon.

Our spring break vacation was wonderful! The penthouse is everything I wanted and expected. The furnishings are comfortable, clean and tasteful. The location in North Myrtle is prime and relaxing. Just wanted to let you know that we had an absolutely fabulous week here!!! The weather was perfect, the view was breath taking everyday, and the condo needed nothing (except a week extender - cause we didin't want to leave :-). I sure hope the next guests don't mind us being here with them :-). Your condo is a "must do" every year we are sold. The location couldn't be more perfect. We were able to do everything the kids wanted to do as well as what the adults wanted to do. The week could not have been more relaxing. The resort kept the beach well lit at night making it a safe environment. The boys played football, collected shells and ran from the waves way into the night and loved it. I can not remember ever having a better vacation than this one. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your condo and we look forward to staying here many times in the future.

My family and I were very pleased with the Condo. It had plenty of room for us and everything we needed. The resort was great as well, with lots of stuff for teenagers and young children to do. The owners of the Condo were easy to work with and very, very nice. We would stay here again if we return to Myrtle Beach.

Just wanted to pass along to anyone interested in staying here that this was a great experience. It was as good if not better than what we expected. It was like a hotel, with a lot of ammenities. The property is kept like new and the view is spectacular. The location to the beach and nearby restaurants is perfect for all ages. The whole family enjoyed it and we plan to come back again soon. The staff were very courteous and the owner went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Good bargain, check it out.

The view was breathtaking! The condo was very comfortable and clean. I recommend this condo to family and friends. Any activities, attractions and restaurants are close by. I loved the fact the pools, jacuzzi and beach were just feet from each other! The resort doesn't have any other condos built to the right for miles. So, the beach is very private and quiet. The condo was exactly like the pictures. Very comfortable and CLEAN. Check in took all of a minute, staff very friendly and valet service a plus, no waiting for an elevator. The view was exceptional with dolphins swimming by and watching the antics of the pelicans looking for their dinner. Dealing with Brian was also a pleasure Phone calls and e-mails answered right away. I would highly recommend this condo to friends. Forgot to mention the beds in the master very comfortable had great sleeps.

Just got back from the Penthouse and I am glad we rented from Brian. Place has everything we need and its so peaceful. The new queen beds are so nice especially for me and my wifes backs. Plus the view from the Penthouse is to die for. Will never stay anyplace else if we come to the beach again. Thanks for a great experience and its worth the extra money to know the place is clean and always in top notch condition. We can't say that about all the units at this resort.

Finding a place to stay for vacation can really be hard. But Bay Watch and Brian made it very easy. The description, location, layout was accurate. The condo was clean and very well-maintained. I would recommend this property to others as well as staying there again. My family really enjoyed it, especially the ocean front view and the easy access to the ocean. GREATEST THING was the elevators, they came fast!

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family had an excellent experience during our stay last week... The master bedroom was excellent... waking up to a beautiful view of the ocean... The pools looked great, but spent our time at the beach...which was just an elevator ride away... They had a covered parking garage which was convienent... The place was very quiet, and relaxing... definitely will return..... -Travis

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our stay at the Penthouse Condo was wonderful! It was beautiful, extremely clean, and the view from the balcony was lovely. Having the computer there was absolutely wonderful...we could look up directions and find places to go as well as keep up with our email etc. We will definitely return! Wish the restaurants had been open more...but we were there the week BEFORE Memorial Day and I guess they just didn't have the volume.

we enjoyed our month of March 2008 stay at this penthouse condo. The view was terrific and the sound of the ocean was so relaxing. Everything we needed was there and the condo was clean and bright. We were very impressed with the speed of the elevator and did not wait even 1 min. at any time during our stay. Both the owner of the condo and the staff at Bay Watch did their best to make our stay stress free. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to our friends. Thanks for the wonderful vacation.

My family and I loved the Baywatch Penthouse. Everything was wonderful and the property was just like described online. The unit was very well-maintain and clean. The staff at the Baywatch was wonderful and very helpful. I would recommend this property to a friend and will also return myself. Loved the pools my grandchildren had a wonderful time!!!!

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Owner response: Thanks for the kind words! I am hoping to even improve the Penthouse for FY 2008. If all goes as planned I will do some upgrades to keep the unit in tip top shape. I hope to add a few flat screen TV's, some larger queen beds fro your sleeping comfort, and upgrade the living room area. Like my motto and add says you deserve the best so it’s my job to keep the unit in pristine condition.

I was a little concerned when I read so many reviews that said the place was great and a few that said just the opposite. But I can tell you the owner was great and so was our vacation. If you can't have fun at Bay Watch you can't have fun anywhere. The condo was nice and clean. For a condo resort is was great. Its not the Westin but that is not what is suppose to be. For a beach resort its a great place to stay and play. Thanks Brian for a great vacation.

The resort was beautiful and the owner is very professional. I would stay here again and have stayed with this owner for three years sraight. He has access to 1,2,and 3 bedroom units but his penthouse 2 bedroom is awesome and always clean. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

What a view! Bay Watch is a great place and we had a great time. The owner was very helpful, even arranged for us to come a day early. We had a minor complication with the Bay Watch front desk, but the owner worked that out as well. Thanks for sharing the condo - everything was great. (Well, except for twin beds in Master :-)).

This place is exactly as advertised. The penthouse floor reduces all the noice from other guests. Nothing like being at the top and what a view. Kids loved all the pools/lazyriver and I loved the bar being right on site. The owner was great and took care of any issues that I had questions about. Plus he sent back my damage deposit back within a few days of my departure. That was great service. Will stay with them next year and I noticed a lot of people are already booking for 2005 and I will to. Thanks Brian for letting us stay at your place and making a trip a memorable one. See you next year.

Extremely nice and spacious unit with a lot of extras that made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Bay Watch is a great resort for families, and this unit was great for families as well. I found the owner to be very pleasant to deal with and prompt in handling any questions or concerns. Will definitely rent from them again.

Place was more beautiful than advertised. Claen and new, met all our expectaions. Will stay there again next year. Owners are great and make sure everything works out. Kids didn't want to leave.
