  I came here with some coworkers and we had a fabulous time. This was was our first time to Kauai and after exploring the island, we found Princeville an excellent place to stay. Hanalei is a short drive away as well as Foodland and Anini Beach (can also walk). I highly recommend this condo for its great value, excellent communication from the owner (Alex), well equipped kitchen and outdoor gas grill, nice location, and quiet. This is my first choice for a return to Kauai. Thanks, Alex, for making our stay great!

  We had an absolutely wonderful time in Kauai, based in no small part on this condo. It was in a very convenient location - it was a beautiful, 15-minute walk to a small shopping area with a coffeeshop, cute restaurants and local stores, an ice cream shop and a grocery store. Plus, the condo was just as it looked on the listing. It is spacious and has all the modern conveniences (wifi, cable tv, dvd player, gas grill) we had a hard time finding for the same price in other condos. We thought about renting a spot closer to the beach but are so happy we went with this condo. All the beaches are within quick driving distance (and one even in walking distance) and we used all of the beach gear at the house, so we would have had to drive anyway. When (as we are certainly coming back) we return to Kauai, we hope to rent this condo again.

  We enjoyed our stay in Kauai. The townhouse was spacious, clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The location is convenient to all outdoor activities, shopping and restaurants. The pictures and the description accurately depict the appearance and the amenities. Alex is very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

  My husband and I stayed in this townhouse with our daughter for two weeks! We had such an incredible time! The home is very nice and very clean. It was very comfortable and had all the amentities we needed. The locations is very convenient and close to pretty much everything you need....the grocery store, restaurants, shopping, shave ice, etc. The beach gear was the perfect touch. We had so much fun packing the cooler and hitting many beautiful beaches. We went snorkeling and scuba diving and caught some waves with the 2 boogie boards provided. We fell in love with Kauai and the warmth and peace that we felt here was amazing and we can't wait to come back! We are already planning on booking with Alex for next summer! Thank you Alex!

  This is a spacious, clean and comfortable 2 bedroom condo. Four adults had plenty of room. Parking is right at the door. It's a ten minute walk to Foodland and the library, 20 minutes to Anini Beach, and a 10 minute drive to Hanalei. The TV has a built-in DVD/Blu-ray player which simplifies movie-watching, and the Princeville library has a large selection of discs to rent for $1. The kitchen is well-equipped; we had all we needed to prepare the dinners we ate at the condo. This was our 8th visit to Kaua'i and this place will be at the top of our list next time we're on island. Thanks Alex!

  We have Enjoyed this Paradise island 4 times over the last 5 years, and without a doubt, this was the finest lodging we have had. The decor and value are exceptional, as is Alex. We celebrated our 46th. year of marriage on this trip, and there is no place we would rather be. Actually, we are still here for 2 more days, and I just came on to check the calendar to see if it was possible to extend our stay (27 days was not quite enough). Mahalo, Alex.

  The townhome is clean, spacious, and comfortable. it had plenty of dishes, towels, linens, and not to mention beachgear. The drive into the townhome is beautiful, surrounded by fountains and a golf course. Easy shopping for ICE CREAM in the nearby town, as well as for other food items makes it very convenient location. Alex is a joy to deal with, expect a prompt response. We had a great time during our vacation in Kauai.

  We have just returned from a three week beautiful vacation in Kauai. We totally enjoyed our stay in the townhouse. The interior was exactly as seen in the advertised photos - well equipped and very clean and comfortable. The grounds were nicely kept. Loved eating on the lanai in the company of the red head cardinals. Dealing with Alex was easy and smooth. Professional too. The north shore where Princeville is located benefits from luxurious vegetation and beautiful beaches. We loved the beaches in Kauai (Tunnel beach, Hanakapi'ai beach on Kalalalu trail, Donkey beach, just to name a few). As for the hiking trails, we enjoyed the ones that get you to the Waimea Canyon and Na Pali coast. The views were breathtaking and unforgettable. We will definitely recommend this place.   Very pleased with the pleasant dealings with Alex, very helpful and very easy to work with. The photo's depict the property with great accuracy. The property was very clean and totally met our expectations. I liked the fact that we could sit out on the terrace and also barbecue. It was nice to have beach items, such as towels, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards etc. It made it much more enjoyable not having to rent or buy these items. I would highly reccomend this property!
