This is a spacious, clean and comfortable 2 bedroom condo. Four adults had plenty of room. Parking is right at the door. It's a ten minute walk to Foodland and the library, 20 minutes to Anini Beach, and a 10 minute drive to Hanalei. The TV has a built-in DVD/Blu-ray player which simplifies movie-watching, and the Princeville library has a large selection of discs to rent for $1. The kitchen is well-equipped; we had all we needed to prepare the dinners we ate at the condo. This was our 8th visit to Kaua'i and this place will be at the top of our list next time we're on island. Thanks Alex!

We have Enjoyed this Paradise island 4 times over the last 5 years, and without a doubt, this was the finest lodging we have had. The decor and value are exceptional, as is Alex. We celebrated our 46th. year of marriage on this trip, and there is no place we would rather be. Actually, we are still here for 2 more days, and I just came on to check the calendar to see if it was possible to extend our stay (27 days was not quite enough). Mahalo, Alex.

The townhome is clean, spacious, and comfortable. it had plenty of dishes, towels, linens, and not to mention beachgear. The drive into the townhome is beautiful, surrounded by fountains and a golf course. Easy shopping for ICE CREAM in the nearby town, as well as for other food items makes it very convenient location. Alex is a joy to deal with, expect a prompt response. We had a great time during our vacation in Kauai.

We have just returned from a three week beautiful vacation in Kauai. We totally enjoyed our stay in the townhouse. The interior was exactly as seen in the advertised photos - well equipped and very clean and comfortable. The grounds were nicely kept. Loved eating on the lanai in the company of the red head cardinals. Dealing with Alex was easy and smooth. Professional too. The north shore where Princeville is located benefits from luxurious vegetation and beautiful beaches. We loved the beaches in Kauai (Tunnel beach, Hanakapi'ai beach on Kalalalu trail, Donkey beach, just to name a few). As for the hiking trails, we enjoyed the ones that get you to the Waimea Canyon and Na Pali coast. The views were breathtaking and unforgettable. We will definitely recommend this place. Thank you Alex.

Very pleased with the pleasant dealings with Alex, very helpful and very easy to work with. The photo's depict the property with great accuracy. The property was very clean and totally met our expectations. I liked the fact that we could sit out on the terrace and also barbecue. It was nice to have beach items, such as towels, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards etc. It made it much more enjoyable not having to rent or buy these items. I would highly reccomend this property! Very pleased with the clean, roomy and quiet, accommodations. Parking spot is right outside the door. This unit is convenient to all north shore attractions. Day trips to anywhere else on the island are a delight from Princville. Highly recommend doing the food shopping at Costco in Lihue the first day of your stay. There are also couple of grocery stores (Foodland/Safeway) in Kappa or the local Big Save in Hanalei which is a couple of miles away. Would definitely consider staying here again.

There were four adults in our group staying in the condo, and we were all so very pleased with the clean and pleasant accommodations. The kitchen had everything we needed for having most of our meals in the condo, and there were lots of "extras" there for our use, such as snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, a boogie board, etc. The Princeville location is so beautiful and completely convenient to anything you'd want to do on the island. In other words, it was a totally convenient and comfortable vacation for us all. We found working with Alex on the arrangements very easy, and he conducted all transactions fairly and professionally. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone who is lucky enough to be able to plan a trip to Kauai!

We have just come back from Kauai, we spent 9 nights at this fabulous condo. The condo is very spacious, there were 5 of us including my 12 yr old who slept comfortably on the futon in the loft, which is actually next to the master bedroom. This is a very quiet complex. The condo is very clean and comfortable, we loved it. Will stay here again, when we next visit Kauai, have already referred friends. The owner is very helpful and the whole process went so smoothly

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was the perfect place to stay for two couples because we had our own bedroom/bath on two separate floors. It was convenient, quiet and comfortable. Alex, the owner, was very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a place to stay on the beautiful north shore.

We stayed at this Puamana unit for eight days in August. It was clean, spacious, and furnished very nice! It also had extra's (snorkles, masks, beach towels, boogie boards, etc.), which made the stay even more enjoyable! We've been to Kauai several times, and this unit is located on Kauai's best side! In fact, we never left the north shore on this trip! Puamana is definetely located where you want to be on the island! For the value, you cannot beat the price for this unit! I would stay here again, and would reccomend it to anyone, especially those traveling with kids! I might add, that dealing with (Alex), the owner, was a pleasure. He was very professional, and answered all questions immediately!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-month stay this spring. The area is beautiful, the neighbors quiet and friendly, the townhouse clean and comfortable. We were very satisfied with the way our arrangements and stay were handled (our first experience renting through the internet). The townhouse accommodated us very well, by ourselves or with other visiting couples. We liked cooking and eating together in the well-equipped kitchen and ample dining area. Louvered master bedroom walls help with ventilation and add to the house‘s open feel, although they do limit privacy if someone sleeps on the loft’s futon. Beds were comfortable, the bedrooms nicely decorated. Of course, the real test of a great place is the bathrooms, and they passed with flying colors! Thanks for the use of your excellent townhouse. We would certainly recommend it to anyone.

Place was clean and had most of the amenities. Grounds were very well maintained with fabulous vegitation. Location was ideal. Property manager a bit too overzealous and nit picky. Linens need a major overhall. Most are thread bare and need cleaning and updating. Not enough beach towels. Beach supplies (cooler, chairs, etc.) need replacing. This would be a good place for older couples to visit but young families or families with teens should steer clear as there are some unrealistic rules regarding noise during the day, etc.
Owner response:Dear guest, thank you for the feedback. We are always striving to provide the best accomodation to our guests, so your feedback is very valuable to us. The linens were replaced right away as well as some extra linen sets were provided, the beach supplies were replaced as well. Cince the place is rated for accomodation of max of 4 people the beach towells and linens were matching that number. Your party was of 6 people and that was the reason you did not have enoug towels and etc. The townhouse complex is kept in a great shape and the quiteness is one of the higlights of the place. The property manger is trying hard to keep the place enjoyable for all, so beeing 6 people two adults and 4 kids in a two bedroom townhouse might have just exceeded the normal noise levels.

My husband and I enjoyed a week in this condo. We have friends who live in Princeville and wanted to stay near them. Two years ago we vacationed in Kauai and stayed nearer to the airport. I highly recommend the north shore and this delightful condo. In Sept. the weather forcast was rain but we learned the vacabulary of the weather forcaster was limited to occasional showers and sunshine. We only experienced one drizzly late evening. Princeville has and is still developing. There are many excellent restaurants. We also enjoyed having a barbecue in our condo with our friends. As others have written, it is quiet, comfortable and extemely clean. There is an abundance of linen and I enjoyed the washer dryer. You don't need to shop for "stuff". The upstairs bedroom has the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Can't tell you about the pool because we were too busy enjoying the island, dining and resting in this wonderful condo. When we return we certainly will stay there again.

We stayed at the condo April 12-19, 2006. We enjoyed our stay very much because the condo was comfortable, clean, and very well-eqipped with lots of extras. It's also very nicely decorated, which is always appreciated. There were five of us and we felt like there was plenty of room for everyone with enough dishes, silverware, cups, seating at the dining table, etc. The location is also wonderful if you plan to spend a lot of your time on the north shore of Kauai. We couldn't have been happier with this condo.

We stayed in this townhome for three weeks in february, and couldn't have been more pleased. The place was very well kept, CLEAN, extremely comfortable, QUIET, and comes with lots of amenities. (check out the siamese cat across the way) The neighbors were nice, and the on-site property manager was awesome!! She was very helpful in many different ways. We didn't exactly have the nicest weather, but we'll definitely go back!! We've already decided to go back for a month in 2007!! We HIGHLY recommend staying here!

What a great place to stay! We were at the townhouse for 3 weeks and the place had everything you needed to make you feel right at home. The trade winds made it very cool and comfortable to sleep at night. So many things to see and do on Kauai. We went snorkeling, mountain tubing, sightseeing, and had plenty of time to soak up some sun on the beautiful beaches. What a relaxing place to stay. Can't wait to come back.

The condo is perfectly located in the complex within a short walk of the pool, and right next to the parking space. Very quiet, very clean, and plenty of room. We liked the location in Princeville which was very upscale yet not too pricy for our budget. Overall a A+++ value for a Hawaiian vacation. We are definitely going back!

My husband and I spent two weeks at the townhouse in August, we had a wonderful stay. We had honeymooned on Kauai, in a different town a few years ago, and this time we were back with our 10 month old son. The Princeville location was very convenient for being on the island with our son, there was even a small playground within walking distance of the condo and the supermarket there is the best on the north shore! Also all of the great beaches are within an easy drive of the condo, which was very important to us with the baby. The condo is large and the layout was very child friendly. It was also comfortable, had a well equipped kitchen and even a grill on the lanai, we had everything we needed.
