  I went to the air show in Lakeland Florida with four friends and found this house on VRBO. What a great find !! I arrived much earlier than check-in time and because the house was already cleaned, they allowed us to use the house without waiting. Very convenient. The rooms are big, the beds are big, the house is super clean, the kitchen is huge, the seating was very comfortable, the air conditioning was great, the water pressure for showers were great and the community pool with outdoor bar was a great place to hang out and relax. Everything is so close by, stores, Disney, everything. My only complaint is that I did not stay longer. I am telling you, look no further, this is the place. Coming back for sure! Oh yeah, I even got back the security deposit without having to ask for it. Thank you Annie!

  I went to Florida for a family wedding and brought 9 other family members, ages 6 to 85. We had a great experience. It was a pleasure dealing with the owners. They made us feel at ease about sending money to someone we didn't know. Once we got to Paradise Palms, the folks at the club house were great and very informative. The home was beautiful. PLENTY of space to be on vacation with the whole family... But still have your own space. The kitchen area is open and there was plenty of room for the whole gang to sit and eat together. The second living room was a great place for the kids to hang out. It was clean, neat and had all the essentials needed to cook and clean. Trash was picked up almost daily. Overall... The home and Paradise Palms exceeded our expectations and I am very happy that I found Annie on line to rent from! Thanks again! If I plan another trip To Florida I would definitely see if this home is available. It was centrally located to everything, including the wedding festivities we attended.

  This house was amazing!! We had a large group (8 adults and 4 kids under 7) and there was PLENTY of room! Very easy to get to stores and theme parks! We will be staying here again for our next trip in a few years!

  We just returned from our week stay and what a great facility for a large family group. We had a total of 12 with 2 two year olds and 2 four year olds and the two girls loved the princess room and the two boys really enjoyed the sports room. Overall, the house worked out fantastic, all the adults had their own room and most importantly their own bathroom. With six bedrooms and five baths it was a perfect fit. The kitchen is amazing and allowed plenty of space for meals and with such a great size dining table we were able to all eat together. The pool was wonderful and warm and the amenities of the main club house were great. An easy drive to Walt Disney World for the early morning races. We left at 3:30 am to be there by 4:00 am and even with the traffic it only took us 30 minutes from driveway to parking lot. The owner was very responsive with emails and information. I would highly recommend this home for your stay in Central Florida. It really is a wonderful home away from home.

  We had a fantastic stay at your place in Orlando. The house is perfect for a larger group with lots of bedrooms and as important, lots of bathrooms for all the girls in our group! The amenities in the common area were terrific for those days where we wanted to stay close to home. Being so close to Disney was also a real treat. Overall an excellent place for a vacation and one we hope to use again soon!

  We rented this property so our faimily could attend a wedding. We were ten in total and all very comfortable with lots of beds and baths. In addition to a large dinning table there is a great kitchen where we ate most our meals around the very large granite island. We would certainly do this again for our next trip.

  We enjoyed staying here. The house was new, clean, well equipped and spacious. We were 4 adults and 3 small children. There was more than enough room for everyone to have to have some space and privacy. Great communication with the owner! We had a few questions before our stay and they were answered very quickly. Close to Disney and all necessities. It was a nice stay.

  We spent 10 days here it was the most relaxing, Perfect vacation we’ve had in a long time. Everything from finding the house to location and to check in was Absolutely perfect no issues at all. We had 7 people the kids loved the rooms and the space. The resort staff was great also using the community pool was excellent. If you had any questions the owner or the resort staff answered quickly. So we would highly recommend this house if you want a relaxing or perfect vacation if you rent this vacation home there will be absolutely no regrets besides how soon can we get back.

  This house is a new home that has been wonderfuly and comfortably appointed. It is clean and open floor plan makes it feel even bigger! The beds were very comfortable! Having linens and towels provided made it very convenient! It is close to Disney and restaurants and shopping. The clubhouse and pool was very nice and fun for the children. The kitchen was spacious and very user friendly. The pictures of this house do not do the home justice it is so much roomier and nicer than it looks. The owners of this property were very helpful and made our rental process easy. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay!! We loved it and enjoyed our time there immensely!

  This house is a new construction house that is very spacious and well appointed!! The floor plan was open and well layed out. It is conveniently located close to Disney and lots of shopping and restaurants. The owners were good to work with. The pictures did not do the house justice, it was roomier than it looks. It was a wonderful time for our vacation. Having towels and linens provided was a huge plus and help! The clubhouse and pool were very nice and though we didnt have time to use it much it was nice knowing it was there if we wanted. The house was clean. The owner was very prompt and helpful in getting everything set up. We would recommend this property to anyone needing a place to stay!!
