My wife and I spent a week here in late May. Everything in the villa is exactly as described and as pictured. We were happy to see that the entire villa looked as if it had recently been updated. The villa is past the South Beach marina and we felt like we were in a smaller, more private community. 2 minute walk to the beach on the sound across from Dafuskie. Great to work with the owners. Loved our stay and highly recommend this property.

We absolutely loved your villa. Despite the unusually cold week, we had a great time. Quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Loved the location as it was near the beach, the shops, and Salty Dog. Our daughter's tennis team was just around the bend next to the South Beach tennis courts, which was ideal. Thank you, again, for allowing us a lovely, memorable week with our daughter.

Great condo for our stay at Hilton Head. The condo was roomy and impeccably clean. This had one of the best beach accesses in Sea Pines right across the street from the condo. It was nice to walk to the marina and eat at The Salty Dog under 5 minutes away. Working with the owners was efficient and friendly. We would rent here again without question.

We really enjoyed our stay at your villa. Your villa was nicely furnished and well maintained. This is an excellent location for the beach, shops, and restaurants. Sea Pines Plantation is a beautiful area. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean villa with lots of room and lots of light. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was included. Owners communicated extremely well with me, the renter. Lovely location in the toe of Sea Pines, away from a lot of the typical activity of Sea Pines. Beautiful beach just across the street. Great value for the location. Can't get much closer than this to the beach in Sea Pines at such a reasonable rate.

My wife and I had stayed at Bluff Villas once before and decided to go back with some family MLK weekend. This condo was wonderful. Very very nice and clean. I can't tell you how great it was. Plenty of space, well furnished just amazing. Josh and Laura were great to work with.

So Lovely We Returned for Christmas

This South Beach Villa is so wonderful we returned to stay for Christmas. Our home in Northern Virginia is in disrepair, so we started thinking of places we could spend Christmas and this was our families first choice. The Villa is comfortable and feels like a home away from home the minute you walk in the door. The owners have thought of everything you will need for your stay and are a phone call away, should you need anything. The kitchen is perfect for our family with three hungry kids. It has everything I need to keep them well feed between activities. Our family loves The Salty Dog Cafe, Tower Beach, Dolphin Watching on the Sound, Bike Riding, and Playing Tennis. All right out the front door, you won't even need to use your car to have a wonderful week.

My family and I really enjoyed out stay at this villa. It's got a nice decor, is very well maintained and was very clean upon arrival. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to park their car and walk to dining, shopping and the beach. We will certainly stay here again.

I worked with Laura through the VRBO. I contacted her on Tuesday and was able to work with her to book the room and get her a check to her the next day. She was very accomodating. I liked that the price she quoted.... it was the final price with no extra fees and charges. The Bluff Villa 1744 was nicely decorated, clean and bright with Flat Screen TVs in each bedroom and the living room. The villa is a short walk to the Salty Dog and Ocean Front Beach. Salty Dog and South Beach area is great during the Holidays. I'd rent again from the Bush's and in fact we might head back again for Christams for a few days.

We just spent a wonderful week here. The villa was beautiful, as pictured, well furnished and comfortable. Everything was clean and working properly. The owners were especially helpful with maps and information before our visit and then called to check with us that everything was "ok" once we were there. We enjoyed many meals and it's hard to say what was best, but a couple of really good ones were at the Black Marlin and Roastfish & Cornbread. Also biked to breakfast at Skillets which was fun. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and lots of walks on the beach. We hope to go back often and would certainly be happy to stay in the same villa.

This villa was in an ideal location on the island--very quiet and convenient to the marina. It was just as depicted in the photos and description. Everything was beautiful and we didn't lack for anything that we needed. The owner was great to deal with. I had never rented a villa before and all of my questions were answered beforehand. Everything was truly perfect, and I highly recommend staying here--you will not regret it. I hope to come back next year.

The villa is completely renovated with all the latest decor. New kitchen stainless and granite and granite/tile baths were wonderful, the owner has it furnished with all new appliances and new furniture. It was spotlessly clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I highly recommend this VRBO member as she was very helpful and informative and did all that she said. The beach is close and a short walk to South Beach Village. A perfect vacation on Hilton Head. South Beach is beautiful! We will return!

Beautifully renovated condo in a perfect location. Two bedrooms with wonderful light. Bathrooms are completely updated. Lovely kitchen that is fully furnished with brand new appliances. Open den and dinning area that also has lots of natural light, with a balcony off the sitting area. Very short walk to the beach and to Salty Dog. I hope to be albe to return many, many times to this condo. I truly enjoyed every minute there, and am happy to recommend it to all. (And the beds are Very comfortable!)

What a wonderful condo! It was perfect in every way. It wasn't your typical cookie-cutter condo with drab furnishings. It was very welcoming, lots of light, airy, nice balcony/terrace. Nicely furnished and VERY clean!!! Loved the kitchen-it was outfitted with everything you could possibly ever need. Location is great. You could walk across the street to the beach or walk to the Salt Dog Cafe for lunch or dinner and do some shopping at the cute boutiques where there are even more restaurants. My family and I can't wait to go back and get the same condo next year!

We had a wonderful stay at this Sea Pines Villa. The villa has been perfectly remodeled, and all the extras are just what are family was looking for during vacation. The beds were super comfortable, the TV's made our down time more enjoyable, and the XBox was fun for the kids. The location is super, you can walk across the parking lot and be at Salty Dog, play frisbe in the grassy yard beside the docks, or walk to see the dolphins at Calabalouge Sound. Our favorite beach is Tower Beach, a short bike ride away. And you are close enough to make it home for happy hour at Salty Dog!

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

This is a great place. We had two couples with two small children each and felt it was enough room. The whole place is very nicely updated and decorated. The kitchen has all the utensils and small appliances you need. I don't know if the cable, wi-fi, and XBox 360 are common in these condos, but all were nice features to have. The five minute walk to both the beach and restaurants w/ kids activities was perfect. We hardly felt the need to go anywhere else. The beach was perfect for our small kids with little-to-no waves, but if we wanted some waves it was only a little further down the beach. We will be back and will recommend to our friends!

Beautiful updated condo at South Beach, Sea Pines

We have stayed in South Beach for 10 years running, most often in Bluff Villas. We have stayed in several different units, and this is without question the nicest one we have had. The owners had just completed an update, and all appliances, paint, tiling, and furniture were brand new. The layout is also one of the nicest -- the porch gets nice breezes from the Sound (altho there is no direct easy view of the water) and because it is on the 3rd floor, it has high ceilings in the main room. The kitchen was stocked with every amenity we would have wished. The owners were very responsive and accessible during the rental process. There is secure Wifi (which is an upgrade from the unsecured Wifi provided by the Bluff Villas HOA to all units). If you have not previously stayed in the area, our opinion is that South Beach is the quietest and quaintest and prettiest part of the island. It is true, however, that you must be prepared to add 30 min of round trip travel time to any activities you want to pursue outside the gates of Sea Pines. For families with small kids, though, this location can;t be beat. There is a small manageable beach within easy walking distance from the unit, and you can ride bikes or drive to the Sea Pines Beach Club about 2.5 miles away, which features a very large life-guarded beach, complete with restaurant, bathrooms and bar. South Beach has several casual restaurants and shops within easy walk from this unit. Harbourtown is a 20 minute bike ride or a 10 minute drive away. Overall, I have zero criticisms and recommend this unit unreservedly.

The villa was beautiful and everything is brand new. Very comfortable accomodations and the owners were great to work with and even called us a few times to make sure everything was going well. I would highly recommend staying at this property. The beds, showers, TV's, kitchen appliances, decorations, etc... are all brand new.

We had a great week in your condo. It had everything you could possibly need for a great week at the beach. Location is the best. Just a short walk to the beach and pools, and we spent most of our evenings at the Salty Dog Cafe. No reason to go anywhere else. Your condo was so well equipped, clean and comfortably decorated too. We would definitely return here and recommend it to others looking for a great Hilton Head property. Thank you!
