We really enjoyed our stay at Seastar Lofts. Very clean and well maintained. It was nice to be in charming town of Eastsound. We would stay here again. Amazing views!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We were on the island only for one night for a Rowing Regatta at Moran State Park and appreciated the flexibility of the owners allowing us just one night. The unit super clean and had much more than we actually needed (an abundance of bathroom towels, a fully stock kitchen with cooking & eating utensils, etc). We loved the "in town" location in Eastsound Village and the ability to walk down the stairs to the beach. Oh and the Island coffee was great! We would most certainly request to stay at the Seastar Lofts on the Waterfront again. Thank you!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Thank you so much for having us at the SeaStar Lofts. Our studio was a perfect home base for our winter get-away, from the cut gas stove to the spectacular view. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the bed was comfortable and welcoming, especially after a grueling hike up Mt. Constitution. Beautifully appointed and perfectly placed in the thick of Eastsound. Easy access to shops and restaurants. Excellent views! Orcas is the best of the San Juans, lots to do and see.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We had a wonderful stay at the Leeward Studio. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. It was nicely decorated and the view from the patio is unmatched. Furthermore the location is fanastic. I highly recommend this rental for anyone staying on Orcas Island. About the owner: We have been on Orcas Island for many decades (in fact Wally grew up here!), so know the island well. We can suggest not only popular travel adventures, but little know gems on island backroads.
Why the Owner Chose Eastsound:
We purchased this property for love of the historic Porter Building, located next door. For years this portion was vacant, occupied by a parking lot and dumpsters. We dreamed of beautifying the shoreline, dedicating a beach access to the public and building stairs to the water. At last we've completed our vision with the 'Main Street Station.' SeaStar Lofts allows us to welcome travelers to our favorite place in the world.
