About the owner: I purchased this lovely home last year. It has been recently updated with new carpet paint etc. I have put my heart and soul into this home and know that you will truly love its charm. I currently live in Aspen in the winter and have a home in Phx that needs attention so that allows the Aspen home to be rented.

This property is being rented because we need to take care of some business in Phoenix this summer. I know you will love being in Aspen it is one of the premier locations for summer.
