Ground level: Here you will find the theatre room with an oversized flat screen tv, dvd, and surround sound stereo system. There is a mbr with 2 duobunks and a tv/dvd. The laundry with 2 washers and dryers is on this level. The large rec room has a pool table, a 3-sided gas fireplace, a tall bar table with checkerboard inlay, a nearby half bath, and a kitchenette equipped with a full fridge, microwave, sink, dishwasher, and tv. The rec room opens to the pool deck with hot tub, stone bench with waterfall, and outdoor loo. Opening off the pool deck is the cabana kitchen with a full fridge, sink, microwave, icemaker, tv/dvd, and table and chairs. Two charcoal grills are located just outside the pool fence.
Mid level: On this level are 2 King mbrs, both with deck access; a semi-private King mbr with deck access, that shares its bath with a room with 2 Singles; and a small office with a desk and wifi. All bedrooms have tv/dvd and ceiling fans. The detached poolside cabana has a Queen mbr with tv/dvd, and a wet bar with mini fridge and coffeemaker.
Top level: Lovely ocean views are yours from the great room which features beautiful woodwork, hardwood floors, a large flat screen tv mounted over the gas fireplace, generous leather seating, ceiling fans, and a half bath. There are 2 tables seating a total of 16, with 5 more seats at the kitchen wet bar. Sporting handsome cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, the spacious galley style kitchen is equipped with 2 full fridges, 2 dishwashers, a flat top stove, and a wine cooler. There is a King mbr with a private oceanside deck, a tv, and a whirlpool tub, double vanity and roll-in shower in its tiled bath. The detached poolside cabana has a Queen mbr with tv/dvd, and a wet bar with mini fridge and coffeemaker. There is a rooftop deck high above it all for panoramic views.
