Relax in our stunning, spacious, four-bedroom, three-bath villa with its own private, swimming pool and two master en suites both with king-size, six-foot beds. Interior repainted and refurnished to a high standard, located in the popular Eagle Pointe district of Kissimmee/Orlando, Florida. Ideal for two families to share. Free use of travel cot/highchair.
We have a games area in the garage with Pool table, Air Hockey, Foosball table and darts board. The games area also has it own drinks cooler, fans and seating area for added comfort.(All the games tables can be moved if required to allow a car to park inside the garage)
We have purchased a leather massage chair together with a seperate 23" High Definition LCDTV/DVD player so you can watch while your relax.
Disney World is approximately ten minutes drive away, with shop and restaurants being minutes away, the local supermarket (Wal-Mart) within five-minute drive. Other attractions including Universal and Sea World are approximately 15-minute drive away.
The home is fully air conditioned, with added ceiling fans in living area and all bedrooms for your comfort and comes equipped with everything you would need. There is a selection of board games, books, DVDs, music CDs, videos, jigsaws, and X-box games for your use.
We also offer free unlimited local, long distance and International calls during your stay including Ultra High Speed Internet with WiFi and calls to mobiles. ***
The pool is approximately 27-feet long and can be heated if required. Covered lanai area with outdoor fan and light, with four deluxe sun loungers and a large table with six chairs. There is also a large, outside, electric, George Forman grill on its own stand for your use.
The villa is maintained by a local, professional, management company who ensures the villa is immaculate for your arrival. Cleaning, lawn care, pool care, pest control, and maintenance is a very high priority for us and our management company will ensure these are carried out to high standards.
The Villa has it own security Alarm which is monitored 24/7 for your safety and peace of mind.
New for 2008/2009, Large LCD HD TV with digital cable TV channels including some channels in high definition.
