This is the perfect house for an ocean getaway. Only steps from the beach, this freshly-remodeled home has a new walk-around deck with an ocean view from the "front porch." Pick your relaxation - sit and sip on the deck while watching the activity at one of the Santa Cruz area's favorite beaches, or gather the beach chairs (provided) and the kids to enjoy being outside on this beautiful, long, wide, beautiful setting where the ocean meets the land!
Upstairs is the living area with a front room, kitchen, eating counter, and half bath. Downstairs there are two bedrooms and a full bath. The entire house has been renovated with granite kitchen and bathroom counter tops, new kitchen appliances, carpet, cabinets, and amenities. Very clean and comfortable. Just the right size, not too big, not too small!
Picnic table on the deck along with a gas barbecue. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, the other has a trundle bed that can be made into twins. Cable TV, VCR and DVD player. Shower outside in the carport for getting the sand out!
