This home is less than 50 yards to the beach with an unobstructed gulf view. A small road in front of the house is low trafficked serving only as access to the houses on and across from the beach. Covered screen porch with ceiling fan, excellent view, perfect for reading. Deck has built in bench,there is a fully equipped kitchen, hot and cold fully enclosed outside shower, covered deck with hammock underneath house.There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
The home features 4 color TV'S (2 are High Definition), with cable. Sony Playstation II. Also includes 3 DVD'S, 1 VCR, several stock board games and books for your enjoyment. Volleyball court next to house. Owner is very allergic to cats and snowbirds must have approval for dogs.
Bedding: Master has king bed/with bath....Second bedroom has queen bed with a bunk, and the third bedroom has 2 bunk beds....Sleeps 10
