  Hello Pam and Tony, Pam, our family had a wonderful time at the Hacienda. Your residence is absolutely gorgeous. It was wonderful from when we first met with Paul and the welcoming with chips and salsa. The tequila was also a very generous gesture and thank you for that very much. Tony and yourself have a very nice slice of paradise at the Hacienda. All the recommendations that you passed along where fantastic. The workout facilities were great, the pools were wonderful, the weather was outstanding. The staff at the resort was fantastic as well. The location is perfect. The other residents who had units there were very friendly as well. I am sorry I hadn't been able to email you this to you earlier as I had to do more traveling right away, but Tammy and I wanted to express to you that our family had a wonderful time and thank you. We are not sure what your plans are for next year, but if for some reason you may not use the property around spring break next year please let use know as we would very interested again.   There was so much to do at the Hacienda and nearby, everything was within walking distance. What a beautiful resort with so many details in the decorating! The quality of the architecture and decor was beyond my expectations! It was quiet, safe and family friendly! The service was excellent! The unit is absolutely fabulous, decorated in authentic Mexican colors and furnishings giving it a feeling like you really are in Mexico. It has everything you need and everything state of the art inside. The owners were so easy to work with and so nice. I will definitely be coming back. Our vacation experience was one of our best ever!

  We spent 5 lovely days at this spectacular condo which exceeded my expectations. The interior is just as beautiful as shown and in fact much larger than it seems in the pictures. The view is fantastic. Contrary to other reviews, the second floor view is not blocked at all and it is great to be able to use the stairs! I loved early morning coffee and afternoon cocktails on the huge veranda watching the gorgeous yachts, paddle boarders, humming birds and just enjoying the ocean! The fitness center is exceptional where we enjoyed yoga, spin classes, and even a personal trainer. The landscaping at Hacienda is meticulous and quite beautiful everywhere. The restaurant is one of the best in Cabo. My 18 year olds on their spring break enjoyed the infinity pools, private beach service, paddle boards, and of course the popular beach scene and downtown- both within walking distance. For the adults, there was a tequila tasting and a wine tasting. We always felt safe and pampered. Paul, the concierge, was invaluable and provided great advice as well as grocery shopping. The snorkel trip he recommended was a blast and we also saw a mother and baby whale breaching. We can't wait to return. Do not hesitate to rent this beautiful condo at an amazingly luxurious and convenient resort.

  We really enjoyed staying at this 2 bedroom unit at Hacienda Feb 13th - 20th. The unit was perfect size for my wife and me in the master and my daughter and friend in the second bedroom. We stopped off at Costco on the way in and bought as much as we could fit in the Expedition that picked us up. The concierge met us as we walked in and showed us everything. He offered to give us his extra cell phone to call him if we needed - but we declined and just emailed him. Wifi was great and not spending money on cell calls was good. It was nice having food and drinks in the fridge and the kitchen was great. Having a washer/dryer right there too was nice - we could have brought way less clothing if we wanted to wash more. The resort is awesome and meticulously maintained. It''s very secure - gated and manned 24 hours. The large gym was great. I did 2 spinning classes which were fun with 4 other guests/owners. The spa has men and women's hot tub and cold tub as well as dry and wet saunas. I was in every day after working out and never saw another person. Service at the resort is the best I have had in Cabo. Everyone there is friendly and attentive. The beach crew with Beto got us kayaks and stand up paddle boards every day. When you take out a kayak you get cold bottle of water too. We spent most afternoons in front on the beach with food and drink service there any time you needed. We mixed drinks in plastic bottles in the room and brought these to the beach which was no problem. The beach in front has almost no one there. Walking down the beach to the Office was almost too easy. We ate many times at the Hacienda restaurant and food and service were very good. Since you are so close to the marina and downtown - we walked everywhere. We never took a cab and walking was quicker anyway. All the restaurants and clubs are an easy walk. I'd stay here again in a second. I would not go anywhere else in Cabo. I've been going there since 1974, and stayed in many places but the Hacienda has the best service AND location and with all the amenities included this is a good deal for staying at a great resort.

  Hacienda Beach Club is our new favorite spot in Cabo and this unit tops our list. Everything at Hacienda is impeccable from the quality of architecture to the level of staffing and maintenance. This unit is nicely located on the 2nd floor in the complex so its easily accessible by stairs or elevator. There are good views and the area is quiet. The unit has high level finishes and furnishings ... it's impossible to be disappointed, regardless of your expectations. Best of all, the owners are friendly, accommodating and easy to work with. We highly recommend this unit.

  We were met by a very helpful and prompt concierge, finding the unit and check in was very easy. We were greeted with delicious tequila, chips, salsas and quesadillas which was just what we needed after a day of travel. For three people this unit had more than enough room, it truly felt like having a home away from home. Nicely decorated, spacious, clean, great plush towels, multi slide pocket doors open entire living area onto the patio, and a stunning ocean view from the master bedroom. It was convenient walking distance to everything in the area. We only wish we had more time to spend there and take advantage of all the amenities! The Hacienda Beach Club property itself stunning, beautiful grounds, friendly staff, fabulous on site restaurant, great spa and gym.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
