The Albatross Cove Home at The Sea Ranch takes full advantage of coastal living with its unobstructed whitewater ocean views and sheltered outdoor spaces. Windows are positioned to let in maximum natural light and capture both the ridge and oceanfront views. The interior finishes are contemporary and warm echoing the surrounding natural landscape. This 3 bedroom house includes a large high ceilinged living area with a large flat screen TV, fireplace and a chef inspired kitchen. The master wing features a king bed with a large window seat looking out towards the ocean. The modern master bath is lovely with two sinks and a dual headed shower. The outdoor spa can be accessed from the master bathroom as well as the garden courtyard. The spa area offers privacy, an outdoor shower and another view of the ocean. The guest wing includes a laundry room, a second bath and two more bedrooms. One bedroom holds a second king bed and the third bedroom includes 2 twin beds. Both of these bedrooms look out at the garden courtyard and the ocean beyond. This home features 3 large flat screen Televisions with Dish Satellite, surround sound wall speakers and a DVD player. Free high speed internet and free nationwide long distance telephone service are also included. Diving, hiking, biking, and beach play are just outside the large glass doors. A 5 minute walk leads to the Marine Preserve, a good place to observe the seals as well as the tide pools. The Olsen Ranch Recreation Center is a nearby 10 minute walk with swimming pool, sauna, tennis & volleyball courts as well as beach access. The Albatross Cove Home is a tranquil destination that easily accommodates both active engagement and calm respite.

Dear Mr. Gardner - We had the most amazing stay at your Sea Ranch home. The architecture and the attention to detail that went into designing your home is truly spectacular. We loved the exposed beams and the artful concrete floors as well as all the open plan/floor plan of the house. Exquisite! Thank you for sharing your gorgeous contemporary home in Sea Ranch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Albatross Cove. What an amazing property! The home offers a warm, welcoming interior with modern spaces and fabulous ocean views. It has a large, open chef's kitchen with all the amenities and a great space for visiting. We loved the private courtyard and watching the night sky and ocean views from the hot tub. And the master bath has a shower for two to die for! Everything is immaculate and very well maintained and the owners were accommodating of our needs. The subtle sophistication and comfort of the home, great location offering easy access to bluff trails, and fabulous coastal views provided us with a lovely stay and a much needed restful retreat. Now that we have stayed at Albatross Cove, we can't imagine staying anywhere else in Sea Ranch! We will be returning!Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

We have rented many homes over the years at Sea Ranch; however, the new listing, Albatross Cove is now top of our list. This very new architect designed home is a masterpiece, taking full advantage of the beautiful ocean views. It is conveniently located for walkers who enjoy the coast trail, as well as being within walking distance of the recreational enter, pool and tennis courts. We loved the very large and livable space which includes a fabulous kitchen and counter, dining area and very comfortable living room, all with gorgeous views of the ocean. The master bedroom gave us privacy, yet provided generous views. We enjoyed this home and felt very fortunate to find it on the rental list. We will certainly be returning to Albatross Cove.Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway.

We love this property because it is recently built, so everything is new and working perfectly. The design of the house is amazingly contemporary and sleek. The views are truly amazing and the ocean is visible from every room. The open kitchen/living design and separate bedroom wings work great for entertaining or two couples. Everything is top-of-the-line and immaculate.Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

We thoroughly loved our stay in this prestine house by the sea. This recently built modern home with an open floor plan is in immaculate condition. It is bright, welcoming and very comfortable. Everything you need is at your fingertips! There is a beautiful outdoor jacuzzi area off the master. The views are spectacular. It is close to hiking paths along the ocean bluffs or in the coastal meadows. The beach is a short walk and it's a short drive to golfing and great restaurants. The owners are so easy to deal with and were very cooperative, and helpful since this was our first time in Sea Ranch. This was the perfect retreat from our hectic everyday life. I could not recommend a home more highly and we cannot wait to stay here again for our next Sea Ranch get-away.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Beautiful home, great views, perfect location. Only one thing stopped us giving it 5 stars - no blinds or drapes in the master bedroom. This wouldn't be an issue if the window didn't face a trail and several other houses. So if you don't mind being in a goldfish bowl go for it.Recommended for: Romantic getaway.
