Whole House: June 15 thru August 31 (sleeps 6-12) $2900/week. $400/night.
Top of House Only: Sept thru June 14 (sleeps 4- 6) $1400/week. $235/night.
Whole House: Sept thru June 14 (sleeps 6-12) $1900/week. $300/night.
Plus 7% Montana Bed Tax. 50% of Rental Charge to reserve.
Wood Fired Hot Tub Use - $20 per day (optional daily use fee)
Basic Security Deposit of $500 which is refundable if there is no damage.
$500 Pet Damage Deposit. (refundable) Plus Pet Cleaning Fee - $50 (required)
$50 Cancellation Charge:No refunds less than 30 days before arrival date.
