We have stayed at Luana Kai three times and have always pleased. This was the first time booking through VRBO. Very smooth, great price and what a beautiful condo unit. Love Kihei and love this home! We cannot wait to return.

We spent 2 weeks in this condo in october 2011. It has every thing for a perfect vacation. It's just the right size for a couple or a family of 4 .It is well furnished and the kitchen is nice.With the windows on 2 sides there is always a nice breeze. Luanakai resort is well maintained ( clean , BBQ and nice swimming pool). Because the condo is in building A ,it is very calm. Each morning, we had breakfast on the balcony enjoying the view and the birds singing.We had a lot of fun snorkeling nearby. Finally ,Kihei is a good location to visit Maui . I certainly recommand this property .

My husband and I enjoyed another wonderful vacation at your oceanfront condo. The unit was well appointed, comfortable, and oh the views! We loved the quiet of the complex and the convenience of the pool. The VRBO process was seamless. Thank you so much for such great hospitality and we're looking forward to staying here again.

We've spend a month here in 2010 and 2011. This condo is en end unit - that means you get a nice breeze through and don't have neighbors on both sides. Very nicely outfitted - beautiful furniture. We spend much time on the lanai which overlooks a county park (a deal was worked that the condos would maintain the park for a no development pledge) and fantastic sunsets. Plus it's a short walk to Azeka shopping center (very nice road along the beach gets you there without walking on busy Kihei Road) for everything you'd ever need. Kihei is nice because it's a very short drive to Wailuku and Kahului - we attend events at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center, hit the huge public market at the college on Saturdays and there's Costco and the Kahului Alehouse. The unit is in a very nicely maintained building with a beautiful pool. They had mai tai parties every other week and we made good friends at the poolside. The beach isn't much (very shallow) but great for walking and enjoying the views. We heartily recommend it.

We didn't need a/c because of the windows on 2 sides plus the patio door looking out to the ocean. The kitchen was lovely and we could see the ocean both out the front patio door windows and to the side. The balcony had comfortable chairs and a table for our happy hour beverages watching the ocean. I slept on the ocean-view sofa sleeper which was fine and my mother liked the bedroom. I certainly recommend this condo.
