Waterfront condo in Little Harbor which offers private beach, pools and a relaxing break from life. The Inn at Little Harbor is a luxury “condotel” and part of the larger residential village known as Little Harbor. Situated on 350 acres, this community offers restaurants, lounge, secluded semi-private beach, fishing pier, beach, marinas, tennis courts, exercise room, three pools (including a salt water pool), two whirlpools, wave runners, shuffle boards, horse shoes and a bounty of other recreational amenities. The resort has a signature restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining, lounge/Tiki bar and expansive pool and deck area overlooking the calm waters of Tampa Bay.
Relax along the banks of the Little Manatee River and take advantage of peaceful flowing waters for canoeing, kayaking, tubing and observing Florida's wildlife, nature preserve and mangroves. The fishing is some of the best in the area, and you see dolphin, manatee, osprey, herons, and numerous other animals on a daily basis.

- Two restaurants overlooking the beach, the Mangroves Restaurant features Caribbean cuisine. Sunsets Grille & Lounge offers light meals, televisions showing sporting events and views of Tampa Bay. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are offered.
- A beach side tiki bar offers cocktails and live entertainment is offered by the tiki bar 4 nights of the week.
- Meeting rooms provide space for small groups or up to 200 guests for special events. Catering services are available.
- The resort offers two deep-water marinas with a total of 330 boat slips, including a fuel dock and a bait and tackle store.
- Kayaks, water bikes, waverunners and fishing boats are available for rental.
- A 250-foot fishing pier is on the premises. Fishing charters are available for a fee.
- The resort features a secluded, one-half mile, white-sand beach with complimentary chaise lounges and umbrellas.

Not all the items listed in the description were in the condo i.e. no dishwasher,no dvd offered,no internet offered.Although the Resort was well catered for, the description of the the condo did not meet the description listed,and this detracted from our overall vacation experience.Whilst we might return to the site,we would not return to this type of apartment as it was too small with not all the facilities as stated.Also as we were Private Rentals we were unable to obtain full faciliites of the resort ie \unable to obtain Pool Towels.Recommended for: Pet owners.
Owner response: Dvd player is available for a fee and is not included in your stay. Wireless internet is available in the room. The WEP password is provided in the guest book on the desk. Pool towels are available at each of the 3 pool locations for all guests at the resort. Please note that when you rent rooms from the resort itself you will pay up to double the cost and they do not provide many amenities that I provide to renters. Being that I live on the property renters are invited to contact me on my cell phone with any questions, concerns, or needs that may arise upon check in. I will gladly help out/accommodate! :)

We highly recommend this unit as a weekend getaway or for us it was a home away from home. The unit was clean and well maintained, the owner was fabulous and we could not have been happier with our stay. The view from the room is awesome especially the sunrise over the water, The fishing is great. and the wildlife breathtaking. Dolphins swim by daily and there is frequent visits from Manatees and Rays.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

About the owner: I moved to Florida from not so sunny Ohio 5 years ago with my wife Holly. We live here in Little Harbor and purchased this unit for friends and family to stay in because we just recently had a little baby girl! Turns out....friends and family think it's adorable to be woken up at all hours of the night by a wailing child. Go figure! ;) So we are offering this little slice of paradise for rent!
