Long Beach Resort is a low density property located on 13 acres of lush tropical landscaping with more beach frontage per unit (almost ¼ mile) than most any other resort in NW Florida. Long Beach Resort is a sister property of the Edgewater Beach Resort that is newer and on a smaller scale.
If you seek a quieter and Less Crowded atmosphere for your vacation, then Long Beach Resort is the place for you. Compare the beach photos below taken on July 4th 2011 and some of these features.

Tower #2 at Long Beach Resort is conveniently located next to the large Lagoon pool and one of the smaller pools. This condo is a corner unit on the 8th floor that is high enough to provide gorgeous views of the beach, while still being low enough to SLEEP to the SOUNDS of the SURF.

This condo is professionally managed and maintained by one of the largest rental companies in town, The Resort Collection of Panama City Beach. Their rental desk is located onsite to handle payments, deposits, keys, parking passes, pool tags, etc. They also maintain an onsite staff of full time housekeeping and maintenance employees to quickly and easily respond to lost keys, lock-outs, housekeeping or maintenance issues that may unexpectedly arise during your vacation.
Also since they use their own onsite cleaning staff, it is not necessary to strip the bed, load towels in the washer or wash the dishes before you leave as is the case with many other rentals.
Only a block away from Pineapple Willy's Pier Bar and Restaurant with live entertainment, a Waffle House, Pompano's Restaurant, a 24 hour Super Wal-Mart, Ripley’s Believe It or Not and Wonder Works. There are numerous other dining, entertainment and nightlife choices within a mile and Pier Park is approx 4 miles down Front Beach Rd.
NO PETS, NO SMOKING and renters must be 25 years of age and occupy the unit for the entire rental.

This studio is in a great location. Our first time at Panama City Beach Florida. When we arrived it was during a down pour from Tropical Storm Debby, I was confused on where to go to get parking pass and keys called Bill and he called me back right away. Thanks Bill for being so accessible. We were a little out of sorts from driving in a down pour! The studio is perfect for two people. We like to go out to dinner when we travel and this set up was great. We were able to have a light breakfast and lunch with havng a frig and microwave...did not need an oven. The only thing stopping me from giving this a five is that the mattress is not very good. My husband's back hurt after the second day. I would suggest putting a new mattress on the bed. Very nice condo for the price and wonderful location in Panama City Beach. Perfect size for 2 people as well. I would suggest adding a toaster oven since this unit does not have a stove/oven in it.Owner response: Thanks for the review....The condo does have a microwave and a toaster, but thanks for the suggestion of adding a toaster oven.

If you're looking to get away someplace nice for just yourself or you and your partner or a friend, this is a great condo. I was very pleased with everything and the staff was courteous and helpful when needed. There were so many things within walking distance (and a Wal-Mart a block up the road) that getting somewhere wasn't nearly as much of a headache as it could have been. Great location, very nice price, great staff, responsive owner, and all the amenities you'd need to feel at home. My husband and I stayed at this studio for 5 nights and it was perfect for us. The description with layout and amenities is exacly as listed, the space was clean and grounds, pool and everything in the area is well-maintained. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the views of the beach from the balcony...Beautiful!!! We spent a lot of time at the beach but loved the lagoon pool and "Hang Out" restaurant. Also, Pineapply Willy's is just a short walk down the beach and we enjoyed at least 2 nights there listening to a live band that was fantastic! The only dislike I have is that I couldn't stay longer...Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
