This apartment is absolutely perfect for a vacation. It is located on a convenient place 5-15 minutes away from restaurants, stores and the Aventura mall. It also has access to the beach and the pool. The apartment had exactly what they promised and even more. It was clean and completely equipped: from kitchen utensils to towels and sheets. The furniture is modern and the appliances work perfectly. The owner, Tony Soto, was very diligent and kind. He answered all my questions surprisingly fast! The customer service was impeccable. I rented it for my mother in law and some family. She is in a wheelchair and is unable to walk. The apartment was very comfortable for her. She moved inside the apartment perfectly. She went trough the doors, to the restroom and the bedrooms without any problems, since it is very spacious. Also, the people who work in the building were always ready to help in any matter. I definitely recommend this apt for a couple or family vacation. And I would definitely would rent it again.Owner response: I am glad your family enjoyed the stay at our 2080 condo. we really enjoyed our stay at this condo.the owner was great.he responded to our emails very quicky.he fixed a few small problems within the condo as soon as we notified him.we are returning next year.this condo was perfect size for us.the pool and the ocean access was excellent.Recommended for: Age 55+.

Me and my family (husband and 4 kids ranging from 10 months to 7 years old) really enjoyed this property. The property was very clean and extremely well maintained with all the necessary items for us to enjoy our stay. It had great access to the beach and the pool was great. The owner will very available with any questions. We found it to be a very convenient location. We would definitely return to this property and would recommend it to anyone.Recommended for: Families with young children.
