Enjoy your coffee or a cocktail on the deck, while you watch the kids play in the pool (and catch a glimpse of the gulf surf). Playground and basketball court (in front yard) can be seen from the kitchen. The unit has all of the basic necessities to enjoy an affordable family vacation, including all kitchen appliances, dishes, pots and pans, linens, towels, etc. Each bedroom has a tv with a DVD player.
The living room has a large flat screen lcd tv with dvd/vcr combo, and wireless internet access for your laptop and mobile devices.
Sleeps 6 very comfortably. The 'master' suite includes 2 full-size beds and an adjoining private bath. The second bedroom offers a king-size bed. 2 full-size futons (both make into beds easily) and 2 recliners furnish the living room.
The unit has both central heating and central air conditioning, so that you are comfortable no matter what the weather is like outside - it is generally sunny and 70's to 80's for highs (40s to 70s for lows) pretty much year round.
The unit has been recently updated with a new range, dishwasher, A/C (2 summers ago) and garbage disposal.
Minimum 3-night rental. Our fall/winter rate is $129/night, and we offer a 4th night free with a 3-night rental. Total cost for a 3 or 4-night stay is $486.31 including tax and damage protection insurance.

Condo was really nice. Just perfect in size and comfort. The only bummer was that the weather wasn't all that good. Did have a nice day on Saturday. The owner is really nice and helped with dining suggestions when we spoke on the phone. Just a short walk over the dunes to the beach. Plenty of room for a big family. You won't be disappointed. I'll definitly stay here again. Thanks again!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family throughly enjoyed our stay and were very pleased on the cleanliness and how well kept this unit was, our children loved the flat screen TV and fast wifi connection. Short walk to the beach and close to area attractions. We will definitely be staying here again next year!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The condo was very clean great stay would stay again. Did not get to town very much hang out on beach and condo. Enjoyed the pool has well. Beach was great water was clean people were great.
