About the owner: We purchased this property after renting in North Coast Village several times over the years. We visit here from New York state because our son and his family live close by. We fell in love with the complex, the beautiful gardens, the people we met at the pool and hot tub and the convenience of being within walking distance of everything we wanted to do.
