In the heart of Elkhorn Village, this luxury home is filled with charm and elegance and offers top quality accommodations. A five minute walk into Elkhorn ski lift, winter guests will enjoy the convenience of this location, exquisite mountain views, and the opportunity to relax around the wood-burning fireplace and plush family room. Summer guests will appreciate the easy walk to the nearby pool and tennis courts and the deck provides a perfect place to take in the fresh mountain air while enjoying morning coffee or an evening gathering with friends.
Magnificent features of this two-level home include a formal living area with vaulted ceilings, hard wood flooring, and an entertainment center. This unit also provides a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a walk-in pantry and bar seating for four. The formal dining area seats 10 comfortably, provides a picturesque view of Elkhorn Village, and leads out to a deck area including a BBQ grill and heated pavers for the winter months. A half bath is located near by to accommodate guests.
The master suite is located on the second level and has a king size bed, a walk-in closet, double sink vanity, Jacuzzi bath and separate shower. Located nearby is one of three guest rooms that this luxury home has to offer. All guest rooms have two twin beds which are bridgeable and an ensuite bath for convenience.
The main level has a warm and welcoming den with a sectional sofa and large flat screen television with an entertainment system. The remaining two guest rooms are located on this level. Guests may access the private patio from both one guest room and the den. This level also has a mudroom with a washer and dryer and ski storage area and access to the 2 car garage.
This home does have wireless Internet service, air conditioning and use of the Elkhorn amenities. To help maintain the beauty of this property, no smoking or pets are allowed.
