You'll find the custom built-in BBQ is always ready to go! This 4 bedroom, 2 storey has all the comforts of home. The kitchen comes equipped with a double convection oven and gleaming stainless appliances. One of the favourites for comfort is the 4 poster King Bed in the master bedroom, located on the main floor. Large Jacuzzi tub, shower encased in glass and granite, double sinks, walk-in closet are a few of the features. Two more Queen Beds and a Queen Air Mattress (just in case!) on the upper level. For your convenience we offer 2 TV's along with a DVD player, cable, and wireless Internet as well as phone with free local calling for your convenience. Nearly everything in the home is less than 3 years old. With the Freeway 4 minutes away, most major events take only minutes to get to. There's Jobbing Arena in Glendale, just off the freeway, offers NHL Games, concerts and much more, the Barrett Jackson Car Show 5 minutes, there's the Phoenix Open in Scottsdale, the Sky Harbour International Airport, and Scottsdale Airport all close. Too many golf courses to mention, only a short drive away for those who like to play. Make our place yours while you're in town!

Amazing is the best way to explain this vacation! This house is in a very convenient location, it is so easy to get everywhere (golf, hiking trails, shopping) We were able to go out and explore what Scottsdale had to offer every morning and then relaxin the backyard oasis every afternoon. This house has everything a person would be looking for, the interior is very comfortable and when you are in the backyard it's like escaping to your own paradise. The pool area is great, you really cant see any neighbours, the area is very quiet all you hear at the palm trees blowing in the wind and birds chirping! We are already planning our next trip back!!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing.

We enjoyed a month long "snowbird" vacation at this lovely property. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with convenient and easy access to hiking trails, golf, restaurants, shopping, and spring training. The house is gracious, clean, and comfortable - and the pool is nothing short of luxurious! Five stars!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

I truly enjoyed Arizona and especially the inground pool. Then house was very spacious and central to everything. The people in Scottsdale are very warm and friendly Beautiful spot!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

About the owner: We are a family who love to travel, but even more, love the warmth! We visit Scottsdale/Greater Phoenix as often as possible. This house has all the comforts of home and then some. We are so happy to have such a lovely place to offer our guest.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
In a few years we plan to retire, this home is part of our plan to become snowbirds. When we walked into the spacious, bright, custom designed, south western style house, it felt like home. After viewing the yard we were sold! The large, recently crafted, pebble sheen pool, bright and warming in the south facing yard, amongst manicured palms, roses, succulents... So close to everything Scottsdale and the surrounding area has to offer. Minutes from the 101, shopping, golf, theatre... everything!
