  Beautiful property in the hills! Beverly Hills that is. Live like a star. The drive up to the property is awesome. Property is just like pictures. Was celebrating my birthday a party of 4 and space was perfect. Owner also left wine and for us to enjoy. View from the kitchen is beautiful and from the balcony view is breath taken! Will be back in May for sister birthday.

  We stayed in this cottage (2 couples) over the weekend of my 50th birthday in October. We needed to be somewhat near the Dolby Theater (to see Cirque de Soleil's IRIS), but we were all yearning for something special and away from the chaos of LA and Hollywood. We were so happy to find this rental which resonated with me and my friend immediately. As you wind up a seeming labyrinth that awards you both exquisite privacy and splendid views, you wonder where you are heading. When you arrive you will surely be charmed by the authentic English-style cottage with views down the canyon, across the city, to the ocean and even Catalina. The home has a spectacular stone fireplace, and tons of charming details including window seats. It is an older home, so it has the idiosyncrasies of an older home, but all the amenities you need such as wi fi and modern appliances. The kitchen is perfect for cooking a lovely meal, the dining room has views to die for and French doors opening to a Juliet balcony and a terrace, the great room is breathtaking and a vibrant gathering spot. The bedrooms are comfortable and cozy, the bathrooms have good water pressure, natural light and space, and the home is tastefully decorated with lovely individual pieces and even very nice art! It was really a magical stay for us, as we enjoyed coffee in the dining room or on the terrace, and a fire and wine at night. I felt so lively and beautiful while I was there, and thank you to Denyse for the b-day champagne! All of us loved it and hope to be back again when we want to enjoy some theater or a show!

  This was the highlight of our California coast trip! The drive up to the home was amazing, through one of the most elite neighborhoods in Beverly Hills. The home sits high in the hills with a killer view of LA and the Pacific Ocean. It certainly is a charmer, a beautifully decorated and comfortable English cottage with large rooms and 3 patios to enjoy the view. We had afternoon cocktails on one and breakfast on another, which we cooked in the well stocked kitchen with Thermador appliances. It is hard to believe all the hustle and bustle of the city is below you, you sit amongst the quiet of Mother Nature. The queen beds were very comfortable with nice linens and duvets. The large great room with its soaring ceiling and beautiful fireplace was a comfort to return to each evening after longs days of touring. I could not recommend this more if you are looking for your own little oasis in a large city.
