We would like to share this wonderful place with you and invite you to stay in our home while vacationing at Lake Almanor, California.
Our home is a three-bedroom, two-bath home located on the Lake Almanor Peninsula in Northern California. Sleeps up to eight people. No pets and no smoking, please.
Home was built in 1993 and is approximately 1600 square feet. Home is located one block from the lake shore near the resorts in Peninsula Village. Bring your boat and launch it at one of the resorts or rent a boat from them. The lots on all three sides of the house are vacant creating a nice buffer zone for privacy.

Sep - May ...... $ 895/week .. $160/night (two-night minimum).
July 3-6 will be an additional $95.00 per night.
There will be additional charge of $75 for caretaker, inspection & cleaning.
9% Tax for Plumas County Tax.
$500 Refundable Deposit for extra cleaning/damage.
