Why rent a crowded noisy high rise condo, when you can park under cover at the door & step into your own private duplex townhouse retreat? Our spacious townhome is on the quiet West end of Panama City Beach; away from all the large condo crowds but still close to all the fun & excitement at Pier Park. And it’s only a short 200 steps to our Laguna Beach access. Beach goers here are visitors from our complex or the single family homes along this beautiful stretch of the beach. So, there’s plenty of room for you to stake your own spot on the white sands of Laguna beach.
We recently bought this large upscale townhome in April 2012; it was never lived in and is essentially new. The place has new appliances & furniture. The doors have keyless entry locks and the exterior codes are changed between every guest. So, there’s no hassle with keeping up with your keys at the beach.
From a common entrance, the ground floor studio apartment has it's own kitchen, queen bed, sleeper sofa and bath to sleep two-four people. The upper two floors are complete with kitchen, washer/dryer, two living areas & two balconies, two bedrooms and two baths that sleeps 10. We have almost 2000 sq ft. of roominess with three bedrooms and three baths, sleeping up to 12 people. This is a great set up for extended families with grandparents or guests requiring first floor accommodations. The large second floor great room is a common area for all to gather for meals or other group activities.
The townhome has everything you need for your stay. All the dishes, pots & pans & small appliances that you would need. A collection of games and DVDs is available for your use. Secure high speed WiFi throughout the building.
Deposit is necessary to secure reservation, this becomes a refundable deposit for damages upon check in.
Renter must be 25 yrs old or older to sign the contract. This complex is small & great for families or adult groups. We DO NOT RENT TO COLLEGE OR TEEN GROUPS, this is not allowed in our small complex.
Summer & Spring Break Weekly Saturday -Saturday rentals: check in 4pm- check out 10am
Other times 3 day min. stay check in check out flexible.

enjoyed our stay here, was very close to the beach and the pool was literally right down the road too. the house had plenty of room. The only flaw i had was that the room on the main level is the only bathroom on that floor so friends who stayed with us had to interupt our sleep in order to use the bathroom. All in all a good stay.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Family #1: This was a wonderful place!! We had a blast! Thank you so much for the games & movies, it really brough the family together. We will definitely be coming back in the near future Family #2 You thought of everything! We enjoyed the beach chairs, the toys, the movies & everything else you had available for us. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! Several families within our family were able to be together in one house for a weekend, which we rarely ever have the opportunity to do. The weather was not great the first day, but there were plenty of games and movies in the house to keep us occupied. The separate rooms on each floor, but the nice, open living space on the 2nd floor was perfect for us all to spend time together, yet have privacy when needed. I would highly recommend this house for any future renters looking for a nice, clean home close to the beach and shopping area. The owners were a pleasure to deal with as well, and made things very easy!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with teenagers.

We had a wonderful stay in PCB! The place was super clean and fresh and had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped and had plenty of dishes for a large crew. We had 10 people (4 adults and 6 teenagers) and still had plenty of space in all the bedrooms for all of our stuff and plenty of places to retreat for privacy. The people around us were all very pleasant and it was very family friendly. Easy to get everywhere. The beach was an easy 3 to 5 minute walk from the door to the waves and Terry had plenty of beach chairs and sand toys. We were close enough to resorts to walk 100 yds down the beach if we wanted other people to hang out with, but were not in the midst of all the crowds. We had plenty of space to spread out and not feel crowded. Would not hesitate to book again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Guest Review from Jul 12, 2012 Awesome Location We rented this unit for my mom and my niece to stay in and they absolutely loved it. It was the perfect size and was furnished with everything you would possibly need. No need to bring your own beach stuff everything was supplied beach cart, chairs, beach bag, buckets, shovels, everything to make your own sand castle, towels, and umbrella. It was a welcomed change from the huge condos that we have stayed in before. No waiting on the elevator, luggage cart, or finding a place to park. About the owner: We've been married 26+ years & moved around for 20+ years thanks to the US Army. Most summers we spent our vacation at a family condo on PC beach & finally decided to buy a place of our own. We have stocked the house with all the necessities of home. We love our time at the beach & want to make sure our guests thoroughly enjoy their visit too. If while visiting our home you need anything feel free to call us.
