Relax and enjoy the sunset from the balcony overlooking the private beach. Located on Thomas Drive, a more private, secluded section of Panama City Beach, yet only a short walk to all the activities and nightlife.
This unit is the closest to the beach you can get in the complex - the balcony is right over the sand. And as a corner unit, you get terrific views in two directions. From the master bedroom, you can look out the "wall of glass" and see only white sand, blue ocean and beautiful sky. In fact, two rooms (living room and master bedroom) face directly to the gulf.
For maximum relaxation, this unit is removed from the noise of the pool area, yet still is only a minute walk away. This fifth floor unit provides the best views in the complex, without being on the very top floor where the sun heat is the hottest. The sand is only steps away, and the beach is not crowded in front of this short tower. We fell in love with it, so will you.

This two bedroom, two bathroom condo is designed for the perfect vacation, with views of the gulf from the living room, the master bedroom and the balcony. The master bedroom and the second bedroom each have a queen bed, with a fold-out queen size sofa-bed in the living room.
A full kitchen, with dishwasher and all dishware, cookware and utensils, is included for your convenience. Two televisions, with cable TV, and a DVD and VCR are located throughout the condo. Bedlinens and other necessities are provided for your care-free holiday. An in-room washer and dryer make packing easy! Phone with free local calls.
On-site parking is available (for more than one car, please let us know). There is twenty-four-hour security for your family's safety.
The Dunes Of Panama is a first class resort on one of the world's most beautiful beaches. The powder-like sand squeeks beneath your toes. The emerald/turquoise ocean is crystal clear and warm like a bathtub.
The complex has 3 gulf-side pools (one seasonally heated) with tropical landscaping, tennis courts, beach volleyball, game room, outdoor BBQ, convenience store and snack bar.
Additional activities available in the immediate vicinity include jet skiing, scuba diving, fishing, windsurfing, parasailing and golf. Panama City has a Waterpark and Amusement park, as well as first class restaurants and night life.

We picked this condo to purchase because we use it ourselves each year. And to us, the most important priority was proximity to the beach and the view of the beach. This condo is the best in PCB with respect to these.

WOW, what a treat.... the view from the condo, took our breath away. We loved waking to the sound of the waves hitting the white sand. The condo, has everything and more that you need for a great vacation in paradise. The pictures can't do the property justice you have to experience this property! Perfect vacation location! If you want the crowds and party, it is just a few blocks away, but if you want quite rest and relaxation, it is right here. The local people were so friendly and always willing to point us in the right direction and answer questions. Liza's across the street was a delight, great food and staff. Montego Bay, was about two miles down turning right on Thomas Dr and it too had great food and staff. Waffle House close by is also good food and staff. There on the property in building E (we are in A) there is SudWeezer's, great pina coloda's and food, the owners were wonderful!!! So you can cook in the condo or go out to eat and it is just a few steps away. Taking the trolley to Pier Park, was a great adventure, great restaurants, shopping, theaters, or fishing from the pier. We loved catching the trolley right outside the condo property and exploring Panama City Beach, or walk in that glorious white sand. We could walk to restaurants or catch the trolley to go further. We did not want to leave and look froward to returning. We HIGHLY recomend this vacation rental and the owners were so helpful!!!! Thank you Ira and Minh for a great restful and refreshing vacation!

We stayed at Ira's condo in Panama City Beach last summer and again this summer (Aug 2011). It is as close to the beach as you can get! Love sitting on the balcony watching the sunsets!! Breathtaking!!! We would definitely recommend staying at this one! Very nice people to work with....

Ira, thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo for our vacation. It was a true delight! The condo was very clean and spacious. The photos just do not do this condo justice. I loved how the beach was just a few feet away. I have small children and they had lots of beach toys, so having the beach right out of the door was a blessing. There were two pools right outside the condo as well. The exercise facility was just a short walk away. There was plenty of activities outside the complex as well. Just a couple of miles up the road is a marina where you can charter a fishing boat trip. My husband would recommend doing that. Also, there is a restaurant called The Boatyard. You really must go there. The food is spectacular! Working with Ira was great. We had lots of questions and he assisted us every time without hesitation. I would recommend this condo to anyone. It was fabulous! Thanks again Ira!

We planned a very last minute vacation with our son and his family, called Ira and the rest was so easy. He and his wife gave us so many helpful tips and the entire trip went better then expected. We tried out his bbq tips and also visited Captain Jacks(well worth the price). The view from our condo was more then Ira promised, we watched dolphins daily from our condo balcony. The condo was so well equiped, we trusted everything he said he had and he did. So we only added groceries to the condo and our clothes and the rest they took care of. We look forward to going back, the view, the private beach, the pool, and the great condo just can't be beat. Thanks Again Ira to you and your wife for sharing your home away from home with our family and we definelty look forward to visiting it again in 2012 if not sooner...... the Rions

This was our 2nd time staying here, and coming back for a 3rd time in Sept. We have also stayed in Ira's So. Padre Island home. One day hope to make it to his Anna Marie Island Place.... The condo has all that you need to have a great time, from the keyless entry (which is great) to the beautiful views from the balcony and the master bedroom. The elevator is right outside your door, along with a handy trash disposal...Take the elevator down & out the door to the beach, pools and barbecue area. Our family has made some beautiful memories here and in So. Padre....can't wait until Sept..

We stayed in Ira's condo at the end of June. He was able to book us on very short notice and we were not disappointed. The view from the 5th floor of the Gulf was breathtaking. Everything we needed was provided. The best part was the keypad entry on the front door - I never had to keep up with a key. Thank you Ira for a lovely vacation and I plan on booking with him for many vacations to come

We had a WONDERFUL time at the condo!!! The beach was just out the doors, and we were very close to 2 of the pools in the resort also. The views of the Gulf were amazing!! The sunsets were absolutely beautiful!! I would have liked to stay longer!! It was very nice to have the washer and dryer in the unit also. It was a nice home away from home!! The condo was tatefully decorated, well kept, and nice and clean. We would definitely recommend it!! We enjoyed the Mellow Mushroom pizza place (fun atmosphere & great pizza and subs), the buffet at Captain Joe's was very good and VERY inexpensive, we also enjoyed the Captain's Table on Beck (they catch their own seafood !!) Overall we were very happy with our vacation!! We were a little apprehensive about doing this "online" rental, but we were very happy with Ira and his professionalism!!

We stayed at Ira's Panama City Condo the third week of October. We have seven children and left them all at home. It was the best vacation either of us had ever had. The condo was perfect. The weather was great and there were very few people at that time of year. We had such a great time we want to go back. Now if possible!!! Thanks Ira.
