The house is in a perfect location on a beautiful walk street (just north of Washington Blvd, and a short hop from Abbot Kinney) in the most exclusive part of Venice.
Relax in the garden fringed by papyrus, grab a lemon or lime from the fruit trees, ride one of the three colorful beach cruisers up to the farmer's market in Santa Monica, down to the fishing pier in Redondo Beach, or just pop over to one of the swank restaurants or boutiques along Abbot Kinney.
The house has a spacious airy living room with a fireplace. The kitchen features a massive six burner stove, dual convection oven, bright Le Crueset cookware and even an indoor grill. The bedrooms are spare and modern with plenty of closet space and the master bath has a large Jacuzzi tub.

Dear David, Your beautiful home gifted us with peace and tranquility, majestic sunrises and breathtaking sunsets, amazing night strolls along the best stretch of beach, entertaining day walks on the boardwalk, fun bike rides to Santa Monica Pier, and great restaurants and shopping in walking distance. My favorite thing to do was walk out the door barefoot whenever I felt like it, take a few steps (literally) to the sand that felt AMAZING under my feet and walk along the shoreline...especially at night. It was perfection. Thank you for sharing your special place.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
