Beautiful, SAFE, comfortable place to rest after a long day trekking through Paris. We found we were getting a high-end hotel room with added perks (kitchen, cappuccino machine, giant bathtub) for less than the price of a luxury hotel. Example I was about to book a room for the week at the Hotel Lancaster for much more money with much less to offer. My wife who is an accomplished artist and myself an accomplished obsessive-compulsive were impressed by the level of detail everywhere!! Everything was so well thought out for such a small space.

Bonjour Peter, thank you very, very much for letting us stay at your luxurious Parisian apt. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and the apt was everything we hoped it would be plus more. I hope you give us a call if you end up in Denver (we are just 30 min away). It was nice to meet you in person and thanks so much for the book! I can't wait to show our friends- maybe you will get some more business. Also, thanks for being flexible with the price. We really appreciate it, as we are both in the beginnings of our careers and have a budget oriented life right now. Au revoir, Julie (and Derek)

I recently stayed in this wonderful apartment over the holidays and enjoyed it as much as the sites of Paris! The location is superb, only a 5-minute walk to the metro, with many fabulous restaurants, and historic sites in walking distance. The locals are friendly in the area as well. The giant tub was a delight to come home to after a long day sightseeing. Not a night went by that we did not enjoy the smooth jazz sounds, accompanied with a bottle of champagne and bubbles in the tub! It is the perfect setting for a romantic getaway. The apartment is stocked with plenty of music, a wide selection of movies, and an assortment of travel books, which is a real treat on those rainy days. Peter always stayed in contact prior to our arrival via email or phone and promptly answered all questions about payments, the area, etc. The great hospitality and feeling of being “at home” cannot be matched at any hotel. There is no other way to stay in Paris!

What an incredible modern delight nestled in the ancient beauty of Paris!! Peter's place is a small marvel of architectural precision. It has everything necessary and so much more to enjoy Paris— from the incredible coffee machine to prevent early morning trips, to the oversized tub to soak in after long walking days. We loved the extra features that delight the eyes and senses. Even a great bed!! The place is truly beautiful, very pristine and clean. We were prepared for the steps and packed light. And although it is third floor, steps are short, this was no problem. One last thing...we loved the Montmartre location, lots of great stuff just around us and still close to everything else. We felt very safe there. Peter was a perfect host, making sure we were well cared for. I don't think I could ever travel by hotel again.!!! Blessings to you Peter... Jana

We are back home after a wonderful trip. The apartment was great and the bath was fabulous! We truly lived in Paris for a week. Got up every morning about 9:30. We got ready for the day and went to the bakery about 10:30 for our croissants and then back to the corner-there is a brand new fabulous restaurant on the corner of Rochechouart and Trudaine. (Sole is the name, it is Italian, but more like a restaurant from California or London or New York) . After croissants and coffee, we would tackle one tourist attraction and then have a lovely lunch around 2:30 or 3:00 and rest and relax and enjoy. After lunch we would visit one more site and then return home (it truly felt like home and we were comfortable from the moment we got settled in). Mrs. Estevez was very nice .
Thanks again for a truly wonderful place to stay. |
