I had the pleasure to stay in two of the Montmartre Paris apartments whilst I was here in Paris - the Feng Shui apartment first and then the Luxury. This too had everything and more you could possibly want for a short or long term stay in Paris and went well beyond my expectations. Once again, the use of space is incredible - no clutter at all as the kitchen can be hidden away, plus it has a large storage closet which stored my luggage and the copious amounts of shopping I had acquired. It is tastefully designed, light, airy, lots of windows and the lighting configuration - very very funky. The bath is like nothing I've seen before. Huge! It easily fit 6 people for a cheeky and glamourous soiree that I had. In fact, on the first night there I had the lovliest surprise as I prepared for a solo relax in the tub. I had the TV on, delighted with a surround sound experience. My first challenge was choosing the music as the in-houes collection of CDs and DVDs is extensive OR picking one of the multiple music channels on cable - so many to choose from including English which is sometimes what you want when attempting Français all day. So after choosing a British music show I was initially disappointed that I couldn't see the TV from the bath due to the privacy screen that separates the two. Then I experimented with the switches (conveniently located next to the bed) and discovered that one magically turned the frosted glass to clear! I'd never seen anything like it. So my bathing experience - perfect. I then put my fluffy white bath robe on, enjoyed an espresso and crawled into the king sized bed - so comfortable. Another discovery was the adjustment that allowed me to lift the back of the bed up so that I could continue watching a DVD comfortably (still awake from the coffee). I have to mention that the Montmartre Paris apartment 'family' is fantastic. Madame Esteves made sure I had everything I needed on site and Bieke (the Manager) and Peter (the owner) ensured that my stay was nothing short of perfect. I really can't recommend these apartments enough. It's more than a hotel it's a true experience. Thanks again guys. I'll certainly be letting you know in advance when I'm back because I'm scared it's too good to be stay unavailable for long. All my best.

We stayed in this studio in 2009 en decided to come back, need I say more? It has every comfort one could wish for: small kitchenette with build-in cappuccino machine, large flat screen TV with surround system, wifi Internet, a giant bathtub and last but not least a good (adjustable) bed. The studio is situated in a nice neighborhood at walking distance of Montmartre and Sacre Coeur. Metro and shop are nearby, as are some very good and 'authentic' restaurants. As before: strongly recommended.

I must confess: I am a fan, my family is a fan club. I have dedicated already a lot of my spare time to the apartments in Paris available for renting from this same owner. We had stays in every apartment and have enjoyed the different accents/flavors each of them is offering. I suggest you to listen to Vivaldi’s big four: summer is for Luxury. Put away the wine and let the Champaign pop out of the bottle! You just have to open the window to take part of the Parisian life that you see down on the street. Going out in the morning to have a French breakfast, having a swim in the huge bath and then go out to experience Paris by night. Avoid going to sleep, brew your fresh cup of coffee in the professional machine.

Superb place to stay when visiting Paris ; lives up to expectations created by description on website. Very functional, luxurious and well equipped apartment. Practical use of small space is unseen. The giant bathtub is ideal to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Excellent location in a lively colorful neighbourhood with many good restaurants and shops nearby. Close to public transport access (± 5 minutes walk) and in walking distance of Grand Magasins. Once you’ve stayed there, you will surely want to come back for more !

We had stays in every apartment and have enjoyed the different accents/flavors each of them is offering. I suggest you to listen to Vivaldi’s four seasons. Have a glass of dark red wine together with a nice book and enjoy this apartment that gives you a feeling of space and quietness. We have caught ourselves not having left the place for days! Anyhow, when we need to de-stress, this is the place to be: as a family together with our 2 teenagers, renting bikes and crossing Paris while enjoying complete relaxation. In short: quality-time where I think of all the good things that are happening to my family…

For anyone considering a stay at the Luxury Loft, i can't say enough good things about our stay. My partner and I stayed only two nights in the Loft this past August. And from the emails before our arrival, our reception by the caretaker Faye till the time we left, we LOVED this place. When making arrangements to stay, we received first class help with all of our questions and concerns. Restaurants and local hangouts were even suggested. When we arrived Faye was warm, welcoming and full of helpful suggestions and assured us that she would be available if we should ever need her. She gave us a tour of the apartment explaining all of the HIGH END details of the Loft. WoW what a sound system, LOVED THE BATH TUB!!!! And every morning I enjoyed perfect coffee from the gourmet built-in cafe/espresso machine. The apartment and neighborhood was safe, clean and quiet. Locals were much more friendly than tourist locations. My next visit to Paris will include a much longer stay at this fabulous Loft. Take full advantage of the incredible lighting system and the glass wall that crystalized for privacy at the touch of a button. Very Cool. Thanks again! Bryan & Troy

Peter, Thanks for a great few days. Although this time was for business, I'm definitely coming back for pleasure. The apartment was everything for which I had hoped, very functional and superbly styled. It was also great to stay out of "tourist" Paris and be in a real and interesting neighborhood. And of course financial matters were quickly and simply handled. Appreciate all and looking forward to my return.

This apartment was an absolute great place the stay, and working with them to arrange a change arrival date was a breeze. The apartment is beautiful, and located very near a Metro station, and Montmarte! We will definitely stay here next time we go to Paris (Which hopefully will be very soon!)

Great Use of space Peter!!! What a nice cozy place for a wet and cold trip to Paris in March!!! The tub was a nice secluded spot with plenty of hot water and the art work was especially eyecatching and soothing...after the Metro trips!! The chill/lounge CDs were especially nice!! Thanks much for your promptness with everything from e-mail, details of the area, and the refund of our security deposit, very much appreciated Peter!! Gina and Dennis

The arpartment lived up to it's images on the website. The place was a great retreat to return to in the evenings after long days of city walking. Everynight we were able to decompress in the tub, listenning to jazz on the surround sound system, then have a late bite watching a movie. I would recommend to have a phone or a phone card when you arrive, to be able contact the cleaning person to let you in. We enjoyed our stay!

Peter, Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Paris. Having just had a baby we wanted to get away for a romantic Parisian break and couldn't have asked for more in your luxurious apartment. The location was excellent with the beautiful Sacre Coeur on our doorstep, many great bistros and cafes and the scrumptious Rose Bakery just a couple of blocks away for a really delicious brunch. In the apartment a huge bathtub made early evenings true relaxation after a day of sightseeing and when the heavens opened on a very wet Monday a fantastic selection of movies and CD's made our last day very cosy! I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to any discerning traveller visiting Paris. We hope to stay again soon!

The bathtub is ideal to chill out in after taking in all the sights and the flat istelf is great value for money with a Plasma TV and Kingsize bed included. I will definitely be rebooking on my next trip, which hopefully shouldnt be too long away. Thanks Again

After learning so much about Peter and Rita’s Montmarte studio: the Luxury, we arrived with lots of curiosity and excitement to be part of the “fame” for a few days. The studio lived up to it to the last word. We found it highly functional, artful, unusual, interesting, peaceful, elegant, incredible, stimulating and challenging, and all in one. You really don’t need to leave it; you’ll get the whole Paris there through videos, books, maps, the finest coffee along with the super comfortable bed, the soothing bath, the well equipped kitchen. The quality of the studio combined with Peter’s extremely kind, patient, understanding, helpful and informative communication during the entire process made our visit very enjoyable. We will definitely return.

Great apartment, very modern and everything made very easy for us with the booking. Very conveniently located and renovated. Only criticism would be that it's two single bed units joined up with bed linen into double bed, but fine if you expect it. Owner was always prompt with responses and very friendly & helpful with booking. Deposit returned very promptly. Would recommend it and would stay there again. Many thanks for the hospitality!

we went to paris with our 4 month old baby at the end of november and wanted to stay in a place which felt like home rather than in a hotel. we contacted peter and our stay was arranged within minutes. he was very nice and accomodating and made sure we were well taken care of. we had a great time. the apartment is super confortable, everything is made to make you feel good and never want to come out! we actually didn't go out as much as usual when in paris and spent a lot of time lounging at home, drinking espressos, watching movies and taking baths! we will definitely be back next time we come to paris!

Super aanrader! Ik kom zeker terug! Hartelijk bedankt! Selene

Very nice property. Mr. Bracke has paid close attention to detail and has created a very romantic and smart setting. The appliances, bathroom and kitchen area are first quality and provide a very modern contrast to the building. I've stayed in many vacation rental properties and was impressed with and grateful for the high quality of amenities made available to the guests. Excellent books, including many guidebooks, a great selection of DVDs to play on an incredible flat screen TV, the wonderful hot tub (even the towels, bedding and pillows were very high quality) made time in the apartment a very relaxing escape from the fast pace of Paris. The building is located on a relatively quiet street and has easy access to three different metro stations. The apartment is perfectly suited for a couple in search of a romantic time away.

Simply put, this is a wonderful place to stay!! Comfort, location and practicality are my positive focal points in retrospect. An accurate description would be a luxury hotel room on steroids. After nearly booking a room at a fine Paris hotel I changed course and was fortunate enough to find Peter's apartment. I was hesitant at first about paying a large amount of money up front and sending a security deposit overseas but Peter proved to be an individual of unquestionable character and generosity. My wife and I are better for having stayed in this charming space and for having the good fortune of interacting with Peter Bracke. If you have any questions about our stay or experience please feel free to contact me anytime.

It's important to understand why we would unhesitatingly refer it to any couple visiting Paris: Amenities & Location. The room has a giant plasma-screen television and sound system ready to put to shame any BestBuy store. The fully-electrically-adjustable futon is king size (good luck finding that in any Paris hotel, there's a Miele espresso maker in the wall, fridge, q-t little dishwasher, and a bathroom that's lifted straight out of Modern Architect. Oh, who could forget the bathtub? To be short, if this room doesn't put you in a romantic mood, you're dead. Secondly, location. It's about a 7-minute walk to two metro stations on separate lines. It was the jumping-off point for all of our visits . The street is quite and small, and the windows let in a wonderful breeze. What else could we add? Nothing, except the best part of all - Peter Bracke. He answered all our questions and made me at home even before I left our airport J

Accomodations were high-design, high tech, and of the finest quality. From a modern kitchenette to the built-in capucino machine to the large Michael Graves bathtub and fluffy robes, Peter Bracke's attention to detail and personalized service enhance this wonderful Parisian get-away. We recommend it highly to anyone desiring a quality, conveniently located apartment near the heart of Paris. You will want to visit the many incredible wine shops, fromageries, patisseries, and boulangeries as you walk back from Paris up Rue de Rouchechuart to l'apartement. We, without reservation, give this apartment a "10" rating. You will enjoy it.

Wonderful! My best friend and I went to Paris to celebrate her 30th birthday. Prior to leaving, Peter was wonderfully responsive to the multitude of emails I sent his way. The apartment was lovely - the design was gorgeous and the attention to detail incredible (word of caution for coffee lovers: you will need to be pried away from the fabulous Miele espresso maker!). The neighborhood is charming and many hours were spent exploring (and sampling) the fromageries, patisseries, and wine shops.

Quite honestly, this apartment is dangerous. Within the first five minutes of my arrival, I felt so pampered that I did not want to leave it. I would have been perfectly content to spend the rest of my visit to the world’s most beautiful city sunk deeply in the cloud-like duvet listening to the strings of Verdi’s Four Seasons surround me as though I were in the center of a concert hall. (I could write PAGES about the sound system alone.) My daughter tolerated my self indulgence for about half an hour and then dragged me (not kicking and screaming, mind you) to the nearest patisserie for le pain au chocolat before we set out for the Magritte exhibit. (Chocolate and art…she knows what buttons to push.)I might say that the photos of the apartment speak for themselves but they really do not do justice to the thoughtful planning and exquisite taste that have create this oasis of comfort and class. Some accoutrements that you cannot possibly determine from the photos include:•It is AMAZING how the water in the enormous tub stays hot soooo long (and here’s a tip…if you have one of those horseshoe-shaped inflatable airplane pillows…take off the cover and use it in the tub to keep your head afloat so you don’t drown if you fall asleep•The bathroom has almost every conceivable toiletry that either men or women might need (even designer colognes)•Also, the fridge and kitchen cabinets have plenty of goodies for a late night snack while watching one of the FIFTY or more DVD’s.•FOR WOMEN ONLY: The following statement is NOT politically correct but I feel obliged to issue the warning anyway. The audio-visual equipment has about FIVE of the coolest, most fun remote control devises ever made which was fine for me because I left my husband at home and took my daughter this trip. However, if you are there with a man, you may want to consider making him stay out in the hallway for 5 minutes while you HIDE the remotes someplace where he will never find them. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.•Finally, YES, the apartment is romantic but it’s not JUST for couples. On previous trips to Paris, I have returned after a full day of sightseeing to tiny hotel rooms and other apartments with postcard perfect views but nothing compared to the luxury and comfort of Peter’s apartment. I would say it was like coming home each night….but, quite honestly, the hot water in my house just doesn’t last that long.
