Bonita Beach and Tennis Club is a fabulous destination to relax and enjoy the beautiful sugar sand beaches of Bonita Springs, FL. Our condo is located in Building One (7th floor), which is steps away from Doc’s beach house on gorgeous Bonita Beach. You set the tone, whether it’s shelling in the morning, jet skiing, parasailing or just enjoying an evening sunset. Our one bedroom, one bath condo has a fully equipped kitchen and a screened in lanai with view of the gulf and bay. The Beach and Tennis club is a resort with two heated pools and 10 Har-Tru tennis courts. Other amenities include a restaurant, spa/salon, bocce ball and shuffleboard courts.
Come and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, fabulous restaurants, museums and wonderful shopping in nearby Naples. Just bring a towel!

Rent during january is $ 3000.00 a month or $ 750.00 a week Rent during the months of feb and march $3,000. a mo (april $2800. a mo $700 a wk) Rent October thru November is $600.00 a week and $2400.00 a month.(1 week minimum) Rent during December is $800.00 a wk thru Jan 1st( 1 week minimum}$2800 monthly Month of May $ 600.00 a week .one week minimum. Plus $75.00 cleaning cost .and $250.00 deposit.
