This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Riverside condo offers everything you could possibly need for the ultimate Telluride vacation. Located directly on the San Miguel River, this property can sleep 6 guests over 2 levels. This condo has spectacular views of the river, the Beaver Pond and Ajax Peak. Walk to the gondola and Main Street in 3 minutes and enjoy the convenience of a ski locker at the base of the Gondola/Chair 8.
On the top level of the town home is a great room. There is a kitchen, dining table, living area & a gas fireplace. This is the perfect place to unwind after a big day of skiing or hiking. Off the great room is a deck with breathtaking views of Ajax Peak, the San Miguel River & Town Park.
On the lower level of the town home are three guest suites - two of the suites have king sized beds and the 3rd guest bedroom has twin beds. Each bedroom has a private bathroom.
The Riverside complex has a communal hot tub for guests and there is a parking lot for Riverside guests (one car per property). The complex is located at the head of the Bear Creek Trail. The complex is located just 3 short blocks from the Gondola/Chair 8 and 3 blocks from Main St. There is a ski locker for this unit at the base of the Gondola/Chair 8 for guests convenience. Leave your skis and boots at the base of the ski run and walk home in the comfort of your apres ski boots!
