We have rented this house every summer for 2 weeks for the past 4 years. it is always very clean and well kept. The owners are right on top of everything and keep things updated well. It is really just like the pictures. There is cupboard space for food, full size refrigerator and plenty of kitchen supplies. The washer/dryer is an absolute bonus! The living furniture is very comfortable as are the beds (kids sleep in the twins). It's at the end of a small quiet dead-end street, walking distance to Englewood beach (fair) and 1 min driving distance to seagull beach (beautiful!). Would definitely recommend for families (but don't steal our weeks -we're coming back again next summer!!!)Owner response: Thanks for the great review! It is a pleasure to have you back each year!

Booked for a week with my wife and 2 adult children over from the UK. The reviews were very good and also very accurate. Our communications with the owner were very straightforward and very helpful and arrangements were sorted efficiently. The property was very comfortable and quiet with easy access to all areas of the Cape. We enjoyed days out to Boston, Martha's vineyard and Provincetown - the whale watching trip from Provincetown being the highlight where we saw humpbacks Including breaching) and minkies and as a bonus a leatherback turtle. I recommend this propoertyRecommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My family rented this house the end of August 2008 and it was absolutely fabulous. On the end of a dead end road, large fenced in back yard, plenty of privacy. Very quiet neighborhood and just a short distance off of Rt. 28. Cannot hear any traffic from this house. Skylights in living room are perfect for the summer nights. Within walking distance to Englewood Beach, great for the kids. Will definitely consider renting again!Recommended for: Families with young children.

We have stayed at this property multiple times over the past year and I can't say enough about it! It is immaculate inside and out, nicely decorated beach theme, kitchen has all the amenities, very close to a private beach, public beaches, the beds are comfortable and it is located on a quiet dead end road. It's only seconds away from all that West/South Yarmouth has to offer depending on what your in the mood for. I have recommended this cottage to friends and they were not disappointed and we will all be booking again next year. This property fis perfect for a family or romantic getaway - you couldn't ask for more! :) KarenRecommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
